I live in the neighborhood and dry clean when the seasons change. I dropped off cashmere sweaters and asked for a price quote when I dropped them off. The woman told me $ 9 for each. When I picked them up, it was double the quote. A discussion followed in which I was told things such as: «Each sweater is a different cost(i.e. turtlenecks vs. cardigans).» «No, they do not have a price chart they can give me.» «They charge more for some brands(i.e. Ralph Lauren costs more than other brands???)» Totally bizarre experience. At one point the women showed me the different price buttons on the computer, but what they had charged me for several of the sweaters wasn’t even on there. I asked her about this, and she went off on some tangent again about how every sweater is priced differently. You looked at the sweaters and could tell which one was a turtleneck when I dropped them off so why did you say it was the same price as the others? Will not use again! And, the thing about the brands — it sounded to me like they were saying they charge whatever they think the customer can or is willing to pay based on the brand of the clothes. I think they rely on most of their customers not paying attention or being in a hurry when they pick up.

Came here for an emergency to get a silk skirt cleaned. I got liquid on the skirt and they did a great job in hiding the stains. I can still see some of the stains but only from certain light angles, and because I know they are there. Service was good and turnaround was quick. The one skirt was around $ 11.

After an unfortunate situation with a shirt, things were ultimately resolved by the President/Owner, John Palms. I respect and admire a business owner who does right by their customers. Thank you.

Brought Bibbentuckers a vintage white silk+something dress that I had stained with bright red lip stain(not lipstick). Had taken to another cleaners who washed and dried but stain was still there, and told me I would have to dye the dress to get the stain out – not cheap. Took a gamble and brought to Bibbentuckers and for $ 17+tax the stain is gone! Dress costs so much more than that, so very happy. Also took them three chiffon dresses to regularly clean and press for $ 17.50 each. Helpful. Timely. Efficient. So cannot recommend high-enough for stain removal, but perhaps a run-of-the-mill dry cleaners would be cheaper if you are just regular-laundry-adverse.

OUTRAGIOUSLY overpriced. OMG!!! I have had several pairs of Levis belt loops fixed at other cleaners for around $ 5.00 this place charged me $ 15.00 then another $ 6.99 for pressing. I didn’t ask nor did I want them pressed. They are work jeans. The rest of the clothes were crazy expensive. I don’t mind paying a little more for quality service and product but $ 191.00 for 13 items is just crazy. If you like throwing money away then go … but me… Never will I pull in there again

Can I put zero stars??? Let me begin w/I found this place on Unilocal– I type into my phone: ‘drop off laundry’… and this place pops up! .SCHWEET! Roll up to the drive thru on a Monday morning– and ask– do you guys do laundry service?.. the dude says. «Yes Ma’am!» AWESOME!- and I go into my spiel how I’m from LA! I’m running out of clothes! Hoping this would be cheaper than the hotel! I say, «I want to dry clean this jacket– and the rest just wash’… He says No Problem! and I go on my way!(OMGTHISISGREAT! and OMG across from Whole Foods? Juice here I come!!) Thursday Morning… I roll up… hand them my ticket… and I see hanger after hanger after hanger come out…(Hmmm maybe they wanted to be fancy?) ‘It will be $ 92.50 Ma’am»… WHAT!!! wait… like… 100 $??? Wai-wai-wai… did you DRY clean all my clothes!!! …Like… my undies? my gym clothes… Start looking through my clothes… OMG they DRYCLEANED my pajamas!!! Straight up my sports bra’s were PRESSED!!!(WTH!!! ISGOINGON!) So I ask the guy– wait… I’M SOCONFUSED!!! What just happened? He continues to inform me that my ticket said– 22 items to be dry cleaned, and the socks/underwear were washed.(what?! the hell!!! Why wasn’t everything just washed??) And at this point i’m starting to tear up! #1 Sticker Shock… #2 Did I just get tricked? #3 How embarrassing!!! So i’m trying to hold back tears– saying OMGOMGOMG! The guy(who was SUPER nice BTW) feels soo bad for me so grabs the manager. The manager comes out– and i’m telling my story– I’m from LA– I asked the guy about laundry service — he said yes– I dropped it off! Manager: Yes ma’am we do laundry service– Not fluff ‘n’fold (Who CARES what its called!!! I said WASHCLOTHES!!! How am i supposed to know what its called!!) Me: But I don’t understand– I said«Dry clean this one jacket– everything else wash» Manager: I understand but we don’t do that… Me: UMM why the hell didnt anyone say that! Manager: That guys is new. Me:… okay well where are my undies? Manager: Well the boiler is down– so we couldn’t wash it… Me:… so you’ll wash underwear but not clothes? Manager: Yes that is correct– and shirts too… Me: … WTH!!! Why cant you just wash the rest of my clothes then!!! Manager: Sorry we don’t do that… But you can pick up the rest tomorrow– and for the confusion i’ll give you half off… … ugh… whatever… at this point. tears are flowing. I feel bamboozled… just give me my pressed work out pants so I can get the hell out of here!!! NEXTDAY: … Come to pick up my chonies… Get back to the hotel… Open the bag full of undies and socks… and there are two pairs of pants in there… ((PAUSEFOREFFECT)) WAIT… So you said… ‘No Ma’am we don’t wash clothes…” but you happened to wash a pair of my tights… and a pair of my dress pants… YOUWASHEDMYFLIPPENDRESSPANTS!!! Probably the one thing in the mix that COULD have been dry cleaned!!! sigh… Moral of the story… I guess I should have known ‘laundry service’ doesn’t equal ‘fluff n’ fold’(whatEVER!!) and like– my mom said through bursts of laughter… «At least you were wearing the nicest most pressed sports bra’s at the gym!!!»

A bit more pricey comprared to others, but well worth the extra few dollars per item. The attention to detail is apparent, I just feel good not having to worry about if they did it correct the first time. I haven’t tried the delivery/pickup service yet, but I’m sure I will soon! My only complaint is how hard it is to get in and out of this place due to the traffic on Preston.

Although a little pricey, you can depend on them fixing all your buttons and paying a little extra attention to the little details.
