Located in Deep Ellum, Dallas, our boutique barber academy has been designed to inspire both currently licensed cosmetologists and future professionals alike to acquire retro barbering skills needed to excel in the industry.

Established in 2012.

Gentlemen of today are wanting an exclusive venue to network with other business professionals as themselves. Between family, work, and travel men rarely get the opportunity to unwind and enjoy time for themselves in such simple luxury with a haircut, facial massage and shave. This male experience requires someone they respect as a specialist that is trained to cater to them exclusively; someone who can carry a conversation and offer simple recommendations per their way of life in the areas of male grooming and style. Business Owner

Lilly Benitez, the owner of the school has been searching the last few years for the right opportunity that targeted male specific barbering education. She talked with many salon owners, frustrated barbers and hair stylists who knew they could increase revenue providing shaves and other male specific products and services, but no one wanted to go back to school for 1500 hours. Lilly traveled to New York, Miami, Las Vegas, D.C. and Denver the last few years. She found no school offering what she could offer and confirmed the need nationwide for this level of training.

Lilly has decided to build it herself. While the future could bring various locations nationally for Lilly’s concept, she is focused on starting the business in Dallas with the dream to create an elite level of barber training.
