Burger King

Unfortunately, my review of this location is not any better. The staff if awful and more concerned about what is on tv and on the phone. I told the staff the bathroom needed some attention and he just looked at me like i was from outer space. Then, i bano and he understood.
The food leaves a lot to be desired. Cold burnt burger and fries. Avoid this location if you want to enjoy your food.

I give every place a chance but the anger of my visit here has no end. I have been sitting here watching my food get cold waiting to be put on a tray while the girl working the counter flirted and chatted with a patron. Over 15 min to get my food which 13 of that was while it sat there waiting to be put on a tray and handed to me.
I forgot to add, the best part was as soon as I asked for my food they cleared the order from the system and then a manager had to ask for my receipt since they couldn’t find mine.

Ok, this place needs help. As all others have said, the wait is horrendous. I needed a little breakfast in my tummy and stopped by simply because I haven’t been in such a long time. The drive thru line was wrapped around the building and not moving and I went inside; so glad I did.
The reason for the wait is because only two people are working in the back. Two (2). Either their co-​workers called in or the owner of the franchise needs serious management training. The ladies were polite and moving as quickly as they could. One was prepping orders while the other worked the drive thru and interior. With a full crew, the operation flow would have been much better.
My food was ok. The hash browns were not hot and the croissant on my sandwich was greasy. Overall, the flavor was good but it could have been better.
I also have to agree that Burger King as a whole has completely tanked. What happened to the flame-​broiled burgers? «Grilling» is now all done in a microwave.

This location only makes Sweet Tea once a day. By the evening, they are out. Once asked, the manager refused to make more.
Urinal is overflowing and out of Ketchup. Great…

Worstest Burger King ever. I was 3^th car on drive thru, it take 45 minutes to order my food, 20 minutes to pick up, first he gave me wrong amount back, when I got in my office, around 5.45 pm to eat my lunch, opened my bag s*** wrong order, just a smal burger, it’s ridiculous. Never ever come back never

Worst service ever! The person at the drive through was so rude. They yelled «what do you want to drink!!!» After I already told him what I wanted. Then I told him I wanted a milk shake with my kids meal he shouted at me «you didn’t order a kids meal» and I said that I did I guess he misheard me. Then he rudely said «no you didn’t!!!» His was basically shouting at me. I said forget it and drove off. As I drove by I noticed it was a manager that was being a jerk the entire time. A middle eastern looking gentleman. I will never go there again because of his rude attitude.

The service sucks here and the food isn’t that great. Not very clean. The workers where to busy talking to each other and texting to do much of anything. The food seemed to have been sitting out for awhile. The Best part was the soda.

Worst food experience ever. My patty meat looked infested and when I showed the manager, he looked disgusted as well but simply told me «it’s like that.» I will never go to Burger King ever again because of this experience. Just horrible.

Just stay away from this location or go to chick fil a… I been here several times the burgers are not what they use to be. The service doesn’t even come close. Why they suck you ask? Well the service is horrible. The staff can’t get it right most of the time. They’re always out of something the wait is too long. I recall burgers being juicy, hot off the grill and actually having flavor. Now it’s just a patty no flavor and room temperature. No matter what crazy burger they make it won’t taste good cause the meat quality sucks. Anyway this location is mark off my maps.

Worst service I’ve ever seen. The lady muted me at the drive through because I asked her twice if I could do two separate tabs in one car. Like as if that isn’t normal at every fast food chain in history. Then it speak with 20 year old assistant manager who condoned her muting me.

I can see why Burger King as a whole is failing and has fell behind Wendy’s as the number 2 chain. Waiting almost 15 minutes for 2 whopper jrs. There were people in the drive through who had to wait for some to come out and bring there food to them. Several people inside changed there order to go or cancelled. Manager came out the office briefly than went back in. only 3 people working during lunch hours. Food was not hot. Except for the young short lady at the drive through who appeared to be the only one working I give this location 2 thumbs down.
