This company is very unprofessional and doesn’t take care of their tenants needs… all he cares about is looking good for his landlords versus doing business with integrity and honesty. We had $ 2500 worth of damage to our suv because an old shelf from the garage fell on it… He told us when he saw the damage that it was obviously faulty yet when he spoke to the landlord he changed the story and said we probably hit the shelf!!. Completely dishonest and unethical guy in my opinion.

I have been with Butler for about 3 months now and everything has gone smoothly. We are using their property management service to rent out our house in Flower Mound. They found us renters in a matter of days! I was very impressed with the photos they took to market the house. Will Butler was very easy to work with and his office always responds to emails within hours. The owner’s online portal is a helpful way for me to manage income/expenses.

I am using Butler Property for a couple of properties I have in Dallas.
Whenever you work with any company you should expect there to be some bumps in the road. The best part is when these bumps happened we were able to figure it out, quickly, and things have been running smoothy.
They are always quick to respond and don’t hesitate to give me a ring or email if they have any questions or concerns about the property (which I really appreciate). Unlike my last company I used, the management reports come on almost the same day every month. It really helps with budgeting.

i’ve used butler for my four houses and they’ve been great. oftentimes they’ll have a property leased just as a former tenant is moving out causing me to avoid the releasing fee. That’s awesome!
the end of year statements are what my cpa calls «fabulous» and «very professional.»
