Canine Country Club

They may be fine as far as a kennel is concerned. However watch out for extra charges that I don’t recall being advised of: $ 25 if you don’t bring in PROOF that your dog is on a Worm /​flea prevention. $ 35 for registration exam! And an additional $ 30 for influenza vaccines if your dog has not had them. Ouch. It would have been nice to know about these up front.

I used to drop my dog here for daycare and I loved it, but unfortunately I can’t take my dog here anymore because I have to be at work at 8am and they open at 8am. I really wish they opened at 7 so I could bring my dog here. I now have to go to a different doggie daycare that opens earlier:(I would give 5 stars if opened earlier:/ love this place though

I really love this place!
The grooming department is awesome and they always give my dog an awesome hair cut. They take notes on what you like and put it in your file. They are always so friendly when I drop off.
He is usually ready pretty quickly, as I had been to other groomers that would keep him forever and not give near as good a cut as this place.
They work in conjunction with my vet (Vickery Place) and one time he still needed a vaccine to get groomed. Since they have a vet on site, they were able to give it to him before grooming!
I have used them once for boarding and had no issues there!

We send our dog to the Country Retreat every time we have to leave town. All the staff is so friendly and helpful. She seems to have a good time and I feel better knowing she’s getting plenty of play time and lots of space to explore with new friends.

We have 2 dogs that we board at Canine Country Club every time we leave town. We have used them for years and could not be happier with the care and love they receive. Both dogs are «high maintenance» due to temperament and over care from their owners and the maintenance they receive at CCC exceeds the care they receive by their owners. The Facility is beautiful, clean and a wonderland for dogs. If you need to board a pet give CCC a try, you will not be disappointed.

I have to say that the Canine Country Club has been really great to my dogs. One of my dogs gets groomed there every 3 – 4 months by Ashlee, and he always looks SOOOO handsome when I pick him up! And he smells great!
I love that the local location has the small and big dog play rooms for the day care dogs. My dogs don’t do day care, but the dogs there always look like they’re having so much fun!
Another one of my (yes, I have three) dogs loves to go out to the ranch to board! She’s my high strung girl, so I splurge a bit on her boarding and let her go run around out in the country. I know she loves it, and she clearly plays a lot while she’s there because she’s always exhausted when she comes home!
It also puts my mind at ease knowing they have a regular vet on-​call for all of the boarders. That always helps when boarding my dogs… I always feel like they’re in good hands when I’m out of town.

Canine country club has always taken great care of my pup! They listen to puppy cut style requests and are super friendly! Cant ask for more from a groomer! I have been using them for years and will not switch!

I’ve been taking my dog, Kelly, to Canine Country Club for 8 years. I have only once boarded her somewhere else when they were full, and it made me realize the difference and appreciate them more! I travel a lot and need to board her about 7 – 10 days a month. When she is at CCC, I don’t worry a bit about her. The front desk girls are very nice and professional. My paperwork is always ready and waiting for me. I’d prefer they weren’t so expensive, but they give a 10% frequent boarding discount.
I wish they had a web cam. It would be nice to be able to watch and check on her. I do like that they post pictures, though.
All in all, I’d give them five stars!

Let me say right off the bat that I definitely won’t be back to this place. I called to have my Persian kitty shaved and was told that it would be $ 70; he would probably have to be sedated for another $ 35. I was also told all his shots had to be in order first, which is normal. So my wife took him to his normal vet and paid $ 196 for all his annual testing and shots.
But when I stopped in to drop him off the following week, the groomers immediately looked at his shot records and declared that they aren’t up to date. Apparently everything that his normal vet didn’t do – Feline Leukemia Test, FVRCP Shot and a Fecal Float — would have to be administered before he could be given a simple grooming. Of course they could do it all for an additional $ 66, on top of the $ 300 we would have already paid for his vaccinations and the normal grooming.
This chaffed my hide after driving halfway across town. I was even more annoyed when I called around to other pet groomers and was told that the only vaccination required by state law is rabies. Anything else is simply an up-​charge by the individual clinic.
I really didn’t appreciate the poor attempt at up-​selling something that isn’t needed just to get my cat shaved. Me and kitty left and we’ll find someplace that isn’t out to gouge my wallet.

This place is tops and the price is actually average or below in the industry. (35 – 38 per night) Sameer actually saved 20 per day. The professional staff is friendly, facilities spotless and every one of my clients raves about the treatment of their dogs.
In closing, CCC deserves a much higher rating than 3 stars simply because the person rating is a cheap skate. Being in the pet services industry for years many of our clients have used «friends» and family in the past. to save a buck with disastrous results. but you get what you pay for. Perhaps a gerbil is a better option.

When the kennel I usually board my little one at completely screwed up her reservation for the weekend of July 4^th, I called Canine Country Club. They were very accommodating and got my dog worked in immediately. She stayed with them for five days.
The price to board at Canine Kennel Club is the same as the price I paid daily at my old kennel ($ 35, keep in mind I have a 10-​pound Pomeranian), but Canine Country Club not only has better boarding amenities (bigger room, designated running area, lake view), but also has built in play time (I had to pay $ 15 for EACH play session at my old kennel) with the dogs three times a day, and this is included in the $ 35/​day charge for boarding. I was very happy about this!
By far though, the best was how well Panda was groomed. I have a softer haired Pomeranian, and unlike really puffy Poms, her fur is much smoother, which also means it mattes very easily! She has to be brushed consistently, and she absolutely hates it. When I picked her up, the groomers had done an AMAZING job. Her fur is still so smooth, silky, and shiny, and she still smells so fresh and clean still, even today, a week or so after she was groomed!

We were out for 8 days. They dropped off our mutts which was nice because I didn’t get in until late and they’re closed on the weekend so I would have had to wait until Monday to pick up my bunch. Nice people; they helped me drag all three dogs from the car to the office to check them in. My only problem… price. For three dogs it basically cost $ 100 per day. Maybe that’s normal, next time I’ll just ask the neighbors to watch them.
