Carnaval Auto Credit

This review has nothing to do with buying a car. It has to do with customer service. We had a breakdown with a vehicle right at the corner of Harry Hines & Forest. We get pushed into the Carnaval lot. The owner comes out, we’re blocking the whole middle of the one entrance for a little under an hour. Never complains. In fact, he stays out the entire time, constantly looking for ways to help. He & I work on the engine a litlle bit. We knew it was the radiator fan gone out. After a bit he goes in to get water. Hand delivered himself mind you, he has plenty of employees. Insteard of just water, he brings a mix of coolant & water. Now this is a minor thing, but still, brings ‘coolant’ instead of just water. Never asks for anything, never goes into a diatribe about trying to sell us a car, never complains about a steaming engine in front of his car business, not good advertising right? This gentleman’s conduct throughout was one of plain & simple good courtesy and manners. In asking for nothing nor hinting at something to sell me, I am absolutely calling this guy out. An impromptu demonstration of care & concern where there is utterly nothing to be gained says everything about the character of this gentleman & therefore the integrity of this company.
