Cocoandre Chocolatier

A few chocolate shops have popped up in the neighborhood over the past few years but this one is my absolute favorite. All the truffles are amazing and the chocolate coconut bark is to die for. I often come here to pick up some sweet treats for myself and it’s also my go to for party gifts. Lots of cute and unique themed chocolates for every occasion. Love this place!

Wonderful little place with an amazing assortment of chocolates and fun shapes. My family shared 7 types of truffles — we loved the pear ginger one.

Everytime we go to Bishop Arts for Empirium Pie, we stop at this spot for extraordinary chocolate bites to take home and savor during the next week. I like the Chili truffel and the Sea Salt Carmelo truffle. There are kid friendly goodies like chocolate covered marshmallow sticks, and a couple of weeks ago, I saw Easter bunnies. This store hosts «pop up» vendors. April 9 2016 weekend… pop up coffee… overall, $$

I remember when they were at their old location and I first fell in love with their chocolates. This is a generational family business that I love supporting. Not only are the people great but their chocolates truly are incredible! High quality ingredients and perfected recipes. You will walk away very happy and they aren’t overpriced like a lot of lesser tasting Dallas chocolatiers. They have cute seasonal molded chocolates and their bon bons and truffles are consistently good! They also host pop ups throughout the year which showcase other small businesses.

One of my favorite independent chocolatiers in Dallas. Located in the bishop arts area, a few blocks off of bishop street. This chocolate shop is hidden in a cute little house.
They offer great selections with cute shapes, figures and other designs. I always pick up chocolate pops for the holidays! Rabbits for Easter, shamrocks for st. patricks, ect.
Also, the service girls are incredibly sweet. Wish they had longer hours, because sometimes it’s a drive to get there, but it’s worth it. Support local small businesses!

Superb chocolate, hands down. Friendly. Helpful. I will continue to shop here. They have the perfect gift for any occasion or the perfect treat for yourself to indulge.

Omg, the best chocolate in Dallas. I don’t even know where to start. The ambience is the best, the workers are the friendliest and so kind. But what is better than nice people and yummy chocolates? Chocolate Louboutins!!! They are the most gorgeous chocolate shoes I have ever seen. I wouldn’t let my boyfriend buy me one because I knew it would sit in my fridge forever because it’s so pretty. Instead I settled on a Texas shaped chocolate and a box of truffles, both delicious! Drive here and support this amazing establishment!

Great to have a chocolate place in Dallas worthy of bragging rights. Beautiful chocolates and always a friendly, smiling face when you walk in. The prices are high, but I head there first on special occasions.

The best chocolate I have ever tasted! Honey caramel truffles are so good! They do have dark chocolate, but if you are like me and like high end milk chocolate that most high end shops don’t carry, this is the place!

Used this chocolatier recently to deliver a gift locally. Chose it because my friend (an Italian) prefers European style truffles which is what this shop is known for. Prices were reasonable and the gift was a big hit. There was a hiccup in delivery, but the shop was extremely responsive via phone and email and immediately rectified the situation. Great customer service and I would definitely recommend.

This is just the sweetest little chocolate shop! About a month ago, CocoAndre moved from Davis street to West 7^th, and the new location suits them. A classic white picket fence surrounds a green, well-​manicured lawn – walk up the little stone path to a white cottage where the shop’s name hangs above the door and the chalkboard easel boasts «hot chocolate flights».
The interior is cool and quiet. Maybe a little too quiet; this location could benefit form some background music, something to cover your footsteps as they echo on the hardwood. But the staff is quite friendly, greeting you with a smile and offering a sample of chocolate (when we visited, it was pistachio coconut milk chocolate bark). We purchased two dark chocolate-​dipped paletas – a steal for just $ 3 each. The Oreo paletas we selected had Maxfrut emblazoned on the stick, but the chocolate was all CocoAndre, and quite divine. We sat in their slightly barren seating area, a room off the main one that is entirely empty except for two little tables against the wall. Perhaps because it’s a new location, they’re still getting the place decorated, because that space is begging for more seating.
We also shared two little toasted coconut milk truffles, delicious but small for $ 2. The truffle case is full of great flavors to choose from, and you can fill your own gift box (the smallest being 4 truffles for $ 8). There’s plenty of pre-​packaged chocolate as well, in the form of cowboy boots and high heels and little chocolate skulls (in honor of Halloween). A great place to get a delectable gift.
When we had finished our (delicious, rich) paletas, we were dying for some water. The woman behind the counter went looking for some, but came back empty-​handed and apologetic. So, the chocolate here is fantastic, and much-​recommended, but if the shop wants to excel, it needs more seating, a little mood music, and maybe a drinking fountain. Regardless, we are fans and will certainly return.

Everything I’ve ever had here has been fantastic. They mostly make truffle-​style chocolates, but also make intricate designs like cowboys, Easter bunnies and high heel shoes out of a mix of white, dark and mild chocolate. The new location also has chocolate drinks and chocolate-​dipped paletas (like a Popsicle, but better). The new location is a short walk west of Bishop Arts, and well worth a visit.
