This property management company is a dictator and has no transparency. You have no where to complain about the property manager. Pretty much, she runs the NAZI CAMP. You have to do whatever she told you to do no exceptions and no complains. Every other month, The property manager Debbie will send out the letter regarding the weeds treatment. Not just one letter, three letters in a week with the certificated mail which mean you have to go to post office to pick it up. RIDICULOUS!!! Thanks for her hard working to sending these letters that make our post office very busy and being profitable. Our HOA due is increased in 2016. This is typically no efficient and wasteful to sending so many letters in a week. Weeds always come and go once you treated. they won’t complete gone forever. So, for most part, the weeds will exist in the any house’s yard no matter what. There rare is a prefect yard with no one weed at all. especially, winter time, who the hell is doing treatment? I contacted and asked her why we need to treat the weeds in the winter time. Plus, I don’t have a lot of weeds in my yard. I told her it is not necessary in the winter time because the grass dies anyways. She said No it is necessary to do your weed treatment often does not matter weather. I asked who said that you have to do that winter time. She said she say so. I feel like she is abusing her power. I have other property under different property management group. It is the worst one so far I experienced. I will tell anyone I know make sure they buy the house also look for HOA with the good and reasonable property management.
