Worst experience that I have ever had with a hotel. A/C in hallway and elevator did not work. Also the shuttle would not take us anywhere. Worst hotel experience ever.

I think the other reviewers are a bit tough on this property. This hotel is roughly equal to dozens of other Courtyard properties that I have stayed in around the US. Nothing great but definitely not a dump. The lobby was nicely remodeled, the pool was decent size, the indoor hot tub was large and the room was on the small-ish size but not out of character for this brand. The only concern that I have about the property is that the neighborhood seems sketchy; the hotel actually has gated access to the parking lot. Although, once I was inside everything seemed fine. I chose this hotel since it was quite near Love Field and I had a 0700AM flight the next morning. The drive to Love Field was about 10 minutes at 0515AM. I am sure it would take quite a bit longer with any traffic.

Not the worst Marriott I’ve ever been to, but definitely one that doesn’t live up to the Courtyard brand… Unless suddenly it’s become a lower brand than the Fairfield and then it lives up to the brand. I think this maybe the last Courtyard to be updated to the new lobby. The service was bland and boring… The breakfast was a bit«meh» and there was basically nothing to do around it. Extremely disappointed in this hotel and added it to the«places I won’t stay again» list

Total dump hole. Ryan P. was too kind. The place is a joke. One word of advice. Avoid. Avoid this place.

.It’s 2:00am. I have a flight out of DFW at 7:00am. I am awakened by the shrill, piercing sound of the fire alarm right above my headboard. Once I had convinced myself that my heart was indeed still beating, I checked the hallway. There was no one. I called the desk and asked what was going on. «Oh, someone set it off.» «Evidently. Should I evacuate?» «Nah, it’ll turn off in a minute.» (It was 15 minutes to be precise) «Can I have a 4:45 wake up call as long as I have you on the phone?» «Sure.» 5:15am. I am awakened by NOTHING! No call and I am now 30 minutes behind schedule. I rapidly pack and shower and head to the desk. I had to, since there was no rapid bill under my door. «How was your stay?» «Seriously?» “Yes.” “Besides the deafening fire alarm and the lack of a wake up call, all was just fine.” «I didn’t call you?» «No.» “I am sorry, but I had to kick those people out and it was hectic. This was my last night because people around here are crazy and it isn’t safe for me.“ Exit stage left. Dim the lights
