Michael Rocco and the Custom Contracting team recently completed a roofing repair on a sunroom at my mother’s home. The roof had been leaking for years, and numerous repair people had worked on it, but the leaks always came back. The CC team correctly diagnosed the problem, submitted a thorough professional bid, answered all questions, completed the work in a very professional timely manner. I have extensive experience in construction and remodeling, so I appreciated the way the CC team handled the job. The roof was water tested, and has been through several rains, and no leaks. The CC team provided before and after photos to show the work, and corrected several things not listed in the contract at no charge. Also appreciated was that before beginning work, due to my mother’s age, they wanted one of her sons to review their proposal and approve it. I found Michael and team to be great to work with and highly recommend them. They do all sorts of home repairs including extensive remodeling. They also provide a great written warranty.
