I went here today@11am to get the rapid testing done. My total wait time was about 1.5 to 2 hours given that there were already 3 people ahead of me when I came in. I had filled out some forms in the process of waiting too. I was given my results about 20 to 30+mins later, then I was told to call a number 1 week later for their «confirmation» results; otherwise the same day results is what it is, and the confirmation results are the same as the same day results. When I had asked about their «confirmation» results, they’ve stated that they test the blood even further to be sure that everything is ok.
If I had opted for the regular testing, then I’d probably be waiting all day downstairs!
With these rapid test results, they test activity from the day of the test on back up to 3 – 6 months. The earliest activity they can test for is 2 weeks. So 2 weeks to 6 months of activity is what they test for. Which was explained to me.
Either way. My experience over there was ok. The place ain’t all that clean, but what do you expect?! It’s a public health center! Lol. I had got what I came here for, and that’s all!
Do I see myself coming here in the future? Maybe yes for rapid testing since the lines and wait times don’t seem to be too too long, and no for regular testing due to the long lines, clogged phone lines to make an appointment and wait times at the clinic.

Of the few times I have been here… the employees always seemed confused on the tests that are offered.

Don’t go here if you can help it. No, really. This is not the place you go when you need help. I was just around the corner and feeling ill, and someone said this place would help. I go in, and their lobby directory sent me to the wrong suite and floor, where I wandered around for several minutes looking for the right office. I then get it clarified, and have to go to another floor and office. I get there, and they said to me ‘do you have an appointment?’ And I said, ‘no, I don’t.’ This kid then says to me, ‘well, you need an appointment, and we’re about to close anyway.’ I said, ‘Ok, I’m here now, so why don’t we schedule it?’ and she says to me, ‘you’ll have to come back tomorrow to schedule the appointment, and you can get a same-​day appointment then.’ And I said, ‘I’m here now, so why don’t we just schedule now for tomorrow.’ She then calls the doctor over, and I go through this nonsense with this clown as well. ‘I’m sorry sir, but you have to come back tomorrow to schedule the appointment.’
The experience is a wonderful example of what things in life the city, county, or state gov’t shouldn’t be involved in, because they have no incentive to compete for your business. I went someplace else for service because even if they could have changed their mind, I’m not sure they would be smart or competent enough to help. I mean, these people are extraordinarily lazy and dumb. Don’t go here unless you were very nearby, like me, or simply desperate.

Call the day of only, to set up an appointment, $ 20. Lab results will be given for many things in 20 minutes. The setting is a bit, institutional and dirty, but it gets the job done.
