Close to a 5 star — 5 is reserved for very, very special. Got that out of the way — now. I’ve had some really good corn beef hash. This hash at Deli News is very close to the best. Both Tish and I loved this restaurant. After posting a «check-in» on Facebook we found that friends of ours also love the Deli News. It was said they have the best Ruben in town. This I’ve got to see. Going to HAVETO get back and check that out. Our food was prepared just the way we like it. I asked if they had rye bread — like any self respecting deli wouldn’t have rye — not only but also — they bake it fresh on site. It was good. Perfect for sopping up the egg yolk. Yeah — I liked the place. It isn’t a big place. We went early and it wasn’t crowded. By the time we left the place was packed and folks were standing, waiting on a table. We are really looking forward to lunch — that Ruben is calling. Maybe this weekend, if we’re lucky. Cappy Out PS Tish had the California Eggs Benedict — California means avocado — and she liked it. She shared with me and I liked it. Like Arnie said, «We’ll be back» — or sort of like Arnie.
