This place is still there, but the name has changed to North Dallas Antique Mall.

i looooove shopping for sweet deals and one of a kind stuff.
destiny’s antiques use to be a movie theater back in the day, i learned this from my mom who apparently worked there when she was a teenager. when you walk up to the store you can tell it was a theater. i’m kind of embarrassed i didn’t pick up on that!
anyways, the stuff inside is divided up into little cubicles. each cubicle-​like space is decorated with the stuff thats for sale. its just interesting to see all these different little rooms.
i’ve found some super cool star wars drinking glasses, i love lucy movies, and sterling silver rings (which were like $ 10!). the store has 3 levels. i’ve spent hooooours in here.
i say put it on your list of antique shops to visit.
p. s. they have amazing vintage jewelry with prices that reasonably reflect the value of the pieces.
