Think of us as a general mechanic for technology. We specialize in fixing computers, laptops, and phones without the condescending manner and ridiculously high prices.

History

Established in 2012.

Everyone seems to have a friend who is quick to disparage us for having to seek help with computer or cell phone problems. They love to boast about how much money they could have saved us when we had to get our phone’s broken screen replaced, or when our laptop randomly stops working. Yet they’re never around when we actually try to get their help. Then the ‘geeks’ or ‘geniuses’ seem bothered by the mere fact that you walked through their door.

Down to Earth Tech Services started when we got fed up with this kind of treatment. We strive to be the friend who’s actually there when you need help. We want you to know that your business actually matters to us. And most of all, we want to get your cell phone, laptop, etc back up and running as quickly and painlessly as possible because having a broken cell phone or laptop is painful enough. Getting it fixed shouldn’t be.
