Why in the hell do I bother? I decide to go Friday for some donuts. I get to the drive thru to order some vanilla crème and chocolate crème filled. I was told that they no longer make the chocolate crème filled donuts. WTF? Whatever. I guess they might as well stop making the vanilla ones as well so I will have no reason to ever frequent this business again.

I am definitely a fan of Dunkin Donuts! Being originally from the east coast, Dunkin Donuts is all over. Even with the Starbucks empire, Dunkin Donuts still reigns in the East Coast. I have visited this particular Dunkin Donuts a couple of times. I unfortunately I am not able to visit more often because it is not that close this location. Everytime I do visit there is hardly a crowd maybe one or two other individuals or small groups. The coffee is delightful and really tastes sweet and bold. The staff is quite friendly. I would say one con is that they either run out of different types of donuts or they don’t make a lot of it because they are not a high volume store. Other than that, I really do like Dunkin Donuts and believe that it is a great coffee spot to try!

The WORSTDD Donuts I’ve ever been to!!! Disgusting! I ordered a milkshake that tasted like curdled milk. The manager argued with me and told me that it’s made fresh everyday. i highly doubt that! I won’t be back!

Our experience was disappointing. We arrived from out of town and went to Dunkin Donuts to pick up a dozen donuts for the family. We ordered a dozen donuts and asked for three to be chocolate long johns. They told us that chocolate long johns count as 2 donuts each, so we actually got 9 donuts for the price of a dozen. When I bit into one later, I discovered they were cream filled(which none of us like). I’ve never gotten a chocolate long john from Dunkin Donuts that was cream filled! I figured, at least I have my coffee! I love Dunkin Donuts coffee. But my coffee was watered down. It was light in color and barely had any flavor. My husband’s coffee was the same. I think this was the only disappointing experience I’ve had at a Dunkin Donuts. I wouldn’t go back to this location.

I’m not sure why I’ve come back to this location as many times as I have. Dunkin donuts– you have one job. I have, my entire life, ordered«chocolate cake donuts» and never, from any tiny donut shop to any other Dunkin donuts, gotten anything other than a chocolate cake donut, that has that clear glaze on top. however this Dunkin donuts calls them something else. I wish I could tell you because the snarky girl that is there almost every time I order corrects me with something different and has actually only given me the correct donut once. and the one time I ordered what she had last told me, she wasn’t working and whomever else was there gave me the wrong thing. today, she not only corrected me and gave me the wrong donut, she corrected me again as I try to explain the simplest donut next to the regular glazed. I still got the wrong thing. I gave up, won’t ever return to this location, and clearly have a donut addiction. I might stop at another or may just support a local donut business. and talk to the snarky girl(dark hair and wears glasses) about how she speaks to people.

I had a terrible experience at this location. I repeated to the drive thru cashier at the speaker that I wanted a large and she very rudely said«I heard you the first time» So I said, «I don’t care if you heard me, I’m telling you again.» At the window I told her I wanted to speak to the person in charge and she said he/she wasn’t there and that if I wanted to be charged by someone else I could get off and with that she slammed the window on me. I was seeing red. So I hammered my honk horn until the manager, the cashier said was not there, answered me. I will never eat at a Dunkin Donuts again. i’d rather pay the three dollar difference for a Starbucks coffee and be treated like a human being.

25 — 30 minutes to get a plain bagel with cream cheese and no apologies! Everyone ahead of me and behind me in line were pissed off. The drive-through is a joke! If you are lucky to get a parking spot(out of total 4 available) you’ll be stuck in line inside and then stuck again to get your car out of the lot coz the drive through line is blocking your exit. Avoid at all cost especially if you are trying to get somewhere and hoping to grab a bagel/donuts/coffee on your way — ain’t gonna happen in time!

I had a problem with the customer service. Like lets get it together or else i will go across the street to the Starbucks and spend the money for beer service. I was the only one in line waiting to give my order and 3 different employees walked past me 4 times without saying a word. Didn’t even look in my direction. So i made the comment out loud that if i see one more person walk by i’m leaving and going to Starbucks, at that point an employee looked up at me and still didn’t say anything, so i left. They’e there to work and they act like they’re going to die is they have to help someone.

This store never fails to disappoint. I get coffee at DD a lot — it’s always hot and tasty. But the service, ugh! I happened to take the kids with me this morning and planned in using the three free donut coupons I had accumulated. Of course, the rude employee gives us grief over using more than one coupon, even though the first thing I said when I walked up was that we wanted to be rung up separately. Then she said that since one came from an airport location, she wouldn’t take it. Gimme a break. Why act like it’s coming out of your paycheck? There’s a Starbucks literally across the street. And it’s always packed while Dum Dum Donuts is empty. Hmmmm…

Needed something quick to bring to a family gathering. New to the area so Dunkin it was. I ordered a dozen donuts. It was about 3PM so their selection was limited. The guy that helped me out was very kind.

The coffee is great. The service is just bad. Last time i was getting coffee there was a long slow moving line. No biggie i wasnt in a rush and neither were the employees, the 3 of them were huddled in a corner laughing. A older guy behind me walked over and asked if someone could take our orders. Thats when the black lady literally yelled at him. Telling him they are busy working and to wait. Now the correct response should be im sorry sir we will be right with you. But instead she yells at him then rejoins the group while pointing at the man. I will never come back. They should be fired and a new polite staff hired. Its not rocket science, its coffee…

Guacamole lured me in! I couldn’t resist the commercials for the new egg, cheese, bacon, and guacamole flat bread. I needed to know it was real so I left home extra early and headed over. It was good. I really liked it. I would like it more if I knew it was turkey bacon but it was good. I don’t like the price. Just the sandwich was about $ 4. I want healthy fast food for cheap. When will that happen? Please? There was no one in line so there was a wait(unlike my McDonald’s that has my bag hanging out of the window when I drive up) but it was a very short wait so no complaint there. I just want good food cheaper.

This location has the worst customer service and it seems the managers don’t do anything about it. They are rude and always take forever to get your order.

Always a friendly staff when I come to the drive-thru! They are prompt and courteous. They also recognize that I’m military and give a military discount! I go here every morning before work!

I have passed this location a hundred times and couldn’t figure out how to get in if you’re on the opposite side of the street. Finally, I decided I deserved some fresh Dunkin Joe and I was going to do what it takes to get some. So I made a few u-turns, cut across a parking lot, and nearly caused a slow speed fender bender(sorry lady). Finally, I had arrived. The donuts are not worth the trouble, any one of the locals should know that because you can get great 50 cent donuts from a million appropriately named shops like«Donuts»(mmmmmm…Dooonnnuutttss). The coffee on the other hand is the reason why I come here. They have the best coffee and you can get it iced and add a bunch of junk to it if you like. Their blueberry muffins are also amazing. It reminds me of the good old days of getting coffee with my mom before working my summer job. Ahh, those were the days. I’d give this Dunkin Donuts more stars if it were easier to get to and park. The employees were very friendly. Also, you can get Dunkin Donuts K-Cups here.
