Walked out confused and full of buyer’s remorse…
Basically, I wanted to clean up my blackheads on my nose so I booked a purifying facial — and after some email convo («the difference between the ⁵⁰⁄₈₀ min facials would be in the 80 min facial there would be more massage time, more extraction time and just a bit more pampering») decided to book the 80min one because it had been a long time since I had gotten my extractions and knew it would take awhile
When I arrived, the ladies were nice and sat me down in an area with killer seating (props to the interior designers!). Waited a while, which I didn’t mind because services like this usually don’t run on time, so I had already cleared my schedule for the night
The appointment was at 6:30, and it was 7:05 on the clock in the wall when I climbed into the bed. The sheets were very soft (high thread count yeah!). I’m used to estheticians talking a bit during my seasons… at the very least explaining to me what they were seeing about my skin and/​or describing what they were doing to my face — but the entire experience was done in silence to the relaxing music. I didn’t mind that much, but coupled with the fact it was my first time in this particular salon, that the esthetician worked noticeably quickly (her movements counteracted the relaxing effect of the music, so it was a bit odd during the facial), and that I started getting dressed again at 7:55, it became a very suspicious and annoying problem.
So my 80 min facial became a 50 min one — yet when I checked out she told them «80 min, whatever she booked.» I was a bit shocked so I told them that I was only there for an hour… but the esthetician then commented that she «took care of me» and pointed to some other expensive facial that she supposedly did on me instead. I didn’t want to be pissed off so I asked her about the condition of my nose, and she basically admitted she couldn’t do extractions because they were too deep. When I asked if what she did today would help them be easier to extract next time, she said no and told me to «just put nontoxic glue on my nose.»
So, I came in for a service I didn’t receive. I thought about all my facial experiences in the past (I’ve been getting them since I was a teenager because of my oily skin) and I’ve never been told such bullshit explanations for my face. Or had an esthetician admit knowingly to my face that the «only issue» with my face was my nose, yet not really try to do anything about it because she didn’t want to leave «intentions on my nose,» and didn’t do anything to help for the future or offer me explanations to what I could do to help fix it. …
Then amidst all this confusion is my bill, which I honestly don’t know what I paid for because I was to busy being confused that I had just spent time getting a service I didn’t ask for or want. I was told I got a «good deal» and that I prepaid for 2 other facials — but they were all very vague about what the service entailed. They also didn’t provide a receipt with an explanation of what I paid for, so I’m pretty sure this operation is either a scam or a poorly run business.
I’m going to call later to book my supposed other appointments, but I honestly don’t expect that what I was told was true. 2 stars for the music, full size lounge chair, and soft sheets. Zero stars for the service (no massage, barely any extractions, what pampering?). The esthetician was in a rush the whole time and I’m pretty sure she gave me excuses because she didn’t want to do the extractions. No offense, but then what am I paying you for?

I won a free facial from a raffle Etre Belle had at a business conference I attended not too long ago. I was elated to find out I won, and I promptly came in to claim my one-​hour facial. I did not expect to leave buying a package of 3 facials, but I did so because I loved my experience and the way my skin looked and felt afterwards. I want to commend Etre Belle for making their presence known in the community and giving away the raffle – that’s number one. I think it’s important to encourage businesses to do things like that and see that they actually do pay off in terms of gaining new customers… look at me! I got my facial from Hoda. I highly recommend her. She is an angel… the very best!

Ask for esthetician Becky Simpson. She is dedicated to her clients and ensures they are pampered. And, Becky is extremely knowledgeable about skin procedures and all of the spa’s services, which means that she makes suggestions to clients based on individual client need. I have never received a cookie-​cutter service from Becky, nor has she ever led me astray with her suggestions and insights. She values safety and does not jeopardize her clients’ well-​being. Becky is a delightful professional who delivers individualized service to ensure her clients are happy and looking their best!

Located inside Northpark Mall, this place definitely fits in! I used to come to this salon before it was under a new owner and called Etre Belle Beauty, specifically for my hair stylist, Laura Radillo. She seriously is excellent!!!
The new renovations are very nice and the salon looks very spacious and comfortable. Upon arriving the workers ask if you’d like a drink or some coffee. The service really adds to the experience, and all the stylists are very welcoming and friendly.
The place can be pretty pricey, but so far this is the only place that understands what I want, and what would look good with my face shape. I always leave extremely satisfied and can’t wait to come back again! I recommend Laura for any cut, style, or color. She is a hair master!

Everyone was incredibly nice and accommodating. I was a walk-​in this morning and wanted a last minute facial. They had someone free and she was lovely and very helpful. She even gave me her number so I could call if I had concerns.
However, my facial left me with some burning sensation and brown spots on my right chin. I know, perhaps I should give it time before I review this place but I think she looked a little worried in the room, finishing up my facial. She applied a tinted moisturizer/​cream so my face didn’t look red or splotchy when I left, but when I washed that off, I noticed the spots. When we walked out, everyone was very sweet and immediately complimented me on how great my face looked. I felt the praising was a bit overboard, which made me wonder if there was overcompensation going on.
All in all, my aesthetician was a lovely person and listened to my needs, but maybe she shouldn’t have used the 30% salicylate acid to do a chem peel on my skin. She even commented at the beginning that my skin is sensitive. I understand it’s hard to know if someone’s skin will react badly but I would think to err on the side of caution when it comes to this. The side of my chin is really hurting and I’ve been having to slather on Aquaphor and aloe vera all evening.

I received a complimentary facial today. One word… tranquility. From the décor, to the friendly staff, to my amazing technician with the hands of a goddess, Kate. She got to know me and my skin and chose the best products for my sensitive skin. My face now feels so smooth and clean. I definitely recommend Etro Belle for their facial services, but feel free to try out their other services! I will.

So I bought some products and signed up for their rewards program, and I get this text that says I have earned a free manicure. SCORE!!! I thought. Well not really. When I called and told them why I was scheduling the appt, the girl on the phone sounded like she wasn’t sure what I was talking about, but she gave me time options for their first available on Sunday. I got there and the manicurist was late. She asked me what I was there for and I told her, oh I got a text saying I had a free manicure; she said ok I’ll be back and to pick a color, but that I couldn’t pick from the OPI or Shellac. She also walked in with Gym clothes, and did excuse herself. Said that she was called in last min. Mind you I called Friday afternoon to make the appt, and the girl making the reservation suggested the time. I am so glad I didn’t pay for that!!! I’ve gotten many manicures in the past, and this was by far the WORST!!! I didn’t get a hand massage, in fact, she didn’t even use that much lotion b/​c by the time she got from my wrist to my fingertips there was no lotion!!! I get that red is a hard color to do for a manicure, but truthfully I could have done a better job at my house! Honestly I would have upgraded to a better manicure, if the tech had explained, oh btw this manicure is very basic, and would you like to upgrade to a spa one or something. But instead i got something half assed! I was very very dissapointed. Oh and the polish has already chipped!

Great company! I recently had a haircut by Alyssa, and it was magnificent! Great service guys and everyone was so pleasant and so awesome! And I will def. come back to this location. Thanks guys

Beautiful spa on the second floor of Northpark! They do facials, laser treatments, pedicures and even hair! My stylist just moved to this location and they have completely renovated the facility. They carry some awesome products including my most favorite in the world Moroccan oil! This stuff smells absolutely amazing in your hair. I wish they sold a perfume it smells so good! Prices are a bit up there but they do specials and sales from time to time. They also have candles and goodies in there which make great gifts. It’s a little difficult to find but park over by Nordstrom’s and you will be in good shape!

I love what they have done with the place, formerly known as a different name. New owner and name and a huge face lift for this gem! So happy for this spa!
I am getting treatments done today by Trish and Sarah and I can’t wait to come back! Everyone is so professional and sweet and they truly make you feel comfortable and at home. The spa is stunning, clean, and relaxing! This place is truly a one stop shop for any beauty treatments you would ever need!!! Seriously, the best hair treatments, nails, fraxel, laser hair reduction, CoolSculpt, microdermabrasion, hydra facial, Botox, Voluma, Juviderm, Photofacials! What else could a woman ask for?
Can’t wait to come back again and again, I will definitely be telling all of my friends and family to come here for now on for all of their beauty secret needs !!!

I love this place!!! The staff is wonderful and very professional! Great location and beautiful layout!

I came in this afternoon with questions regarding the med-​spa. I was patiently waiting behind another customer who was there before me, and the employee told me twice «I’ll be right with you.» So I finally made my way to what looked like a hair studio, as that was the only place I could find to sit while waiting. I asked for a service menu and the employee was quick to tell me you were out instead of offering a second option (Internet service menu — I had to specifically ask if that was available) She answered my one question and told me she was there by herself and was going back to the front to assist other people coming into the store. I recommend you should keep service menus on hand at all times, keep the store properly staffed ON A SATURDAY AFTERNOON and provide an adequate seating arrangement in the front of the store to appease waiting customers. All of these things I could have over-​looked if I felt I was treated as a valued customer. However, the experience I had with this particular employee is the reason I will not come in for any of your services.

Had a facial with Hoda and it was nice. She did try to up sell the Hydra Facial and after being asked a few times I reluctantly accepted because I have rosacea. It was great but my skin is very sensitive. The facial was nice but I didn’t get the massage because Hoda talked me into the Hydrafacial. The spa is absolutely beautiful!!!
