This is a company that only works in volume. Do not expect any help or customer service to help you.
I had homeless people ripping out wires for copper and pulling out flooring for the wood to build fires in the winter for staying warm.
Needless to say I needed a quick close. EXCEL title group in Plano was not able to deliver. My only semi-​positive experience is we did eventual close and at one point spoke to a manager that was some what concerned and helpful!
I definitely would never close with them again as u was constantly misinformed and were told different things by different individuals every time I called.

i am referring to EXCEL title group LLC out Of Plano, Texas. They did a closing on a home we sold then a month later we found out they paid off the wrong house. Meanwhile there are multiple charges (late and otherwise) that have incurred as the home we sold the loan is still active. Excel has caused a huge mess for our lives and I hope they straighten it all out soon.
