Overpriced compared to other shops and overly friendly staff. Which is better than rude staff, but seriously No, I do not want to shake hands with my vapor store clerk. Wouldn’t honor my coupon because it was 1 day expired, which I get, but to keep a customer it wouldn’t have been a big deal to give me the 10% off. I made a purchase anyways and they told me I earned 5 $ from it, so I asked if I could buy a coil with it and they said it was with a $ 20 purchase that I could use that. What a waste. The only reason I have come here in the past is because when I’m out of something and so happen to be driving by, definitely not my go to shop. I won’t be coming back here though because of their annoying shenanigans. Way to stick to your guns Flavor Vapor on coupon rules, and great job losing a customer, makes total sense.

Been coming here for awhile, great service great stuff. Ask for Bert he’ll take care of you. Got everything you need from juice to mods to coils. Love the fact they’re open on Saturday and Sunday’s. My preference of juice is blue lagoon, watermelon, panda blood and Irish cream. They have so many selection and you can try em before you buy em.

Wow. For the first time in my life, the Unilocal reviews are accurate. This place is amazing. Staff is friendly. Pricing is on point and it’s very clean! I enjoyed my lesson on vaping options and equipment and ended up going with an «Aspire CF VV» pro kit. I will definitely return. Appreciate the amazing experience.

I am new to the Dallas area and this place had it all. Great variety of flavors, products and the customer service was AMAZING. The guys knew I had time to kill so they let me sit down relax and try out flavors at my own pace. Definitely recommend this place if you have not tried it out yet. Thanks to John and the other guys for making my first vape shop experience in the Dallas area great. Coming from a 5 year vapor from New York City I am glad I found such a great place to get my juice and rda’s.

Wish I lived closer to Flavor Vapor, I basically have to go past two other vape shops to get to this place. This is my favorite shop for store brand e-​juice. Flavor Vapor’s regular store brand juices are the most flavorful store brand I’ve found and they have some really good exclusive premium liquids that are worth the slightly higher price. They have a nice selection of hardware. If they had a bit larger selection of mods and atomizers, this would be a five star review.
Hands down this is the best looking, best organized vape store in Dallas. Add the really, really helpful and professional staff and the shopping experience is great. This is the Nordstrom of vape shops. The staff isn’t too pushy but is always attentive. No feeling ignored in Flavor Vapor, but no feeling of being pushed to make a decision and make a purchase, either.

I am just now getting into serious vaping and this is my first local store I have visited. I get a bit uneasy going to things like this because I don’t like being the guy who asks a lot of questions and being a nag. However, soon after stepping into the store, all my worries were put aside.
The store was very clean and I feel like they used the space they had to work with well. I was greeted by a guy named Berk and he was super helpful. He didn’t seem to mind all of my questions and answered all of them and was more than willing to give me tips. He never left my side the entire time there but still stepped away to make sure other customers were assisted.
We walked around and tried a lot of flavors both company made as well as outsourced companies like Halo and local company, S7ven Cities. I decided to go with a 30 ml bottle of S7ven Cities that I loved and after the purchase, Berk made sure that I didn’t leave without a dropper for the eliquid because the top of the bottle didn’t have one built in.
Overall I loved the experience and will absolutely come back. I don’t believe I’ve ever had customer service like this before. I was super impressed. Even when I was telling Berk about what I had coming in the mail for my build, he was getting excited for me! He even told me to bring it in once I get it and they will help me put it together and teach me about it! Even show me how to build coils!
I just cannot say enough about these guys. They really went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed and I cannot thank them enough. I will absolutely return and they have gained a repeat customer out of me.
By the way, the ONLY reason that I am giving 4 stars and not 5 stars is because of the overall selection. While they do have some nice flavors available, they do seem somewhat limited. I counted 5 companies available plus one if you include their own eliquid. Mods not that plentiful but they do have some atomizers as well. Again, not bad considering the size they are working with. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE TRIP!

‘A’ class service without the ‘A’ class price. I love this place and especially the people who work at the store. They set a high bar for customer service. They are honest people who are knowledgable.
I first I was a little skeptical about the shop, given its location I assume prices were going to have a high mark up. But I took my friends advise and visited the store.
Other vape stores I’ve been to have been a little disappointing in terms of their presentation and cleanliness. Here they even offer you drinks! Extremely classy!
I love this place. Period!

Now, where to begin?! Flavor Vapor is an great shop. I’ve been a loyal customer for a few months. I buy all my maintenance pieces at this location. Why? It’s clean, organized, reasonably priced and has excellent customer service. Every time I walk into Flavor Vapor, I’m welcomed with a smile.
Since the Sunday hours changed, I find myself there quite often. I like to check-​out their new items. Flavor Vapor has a nice selection of batteries and tanks. For a beginner, I’d highly recommend Flavor Vapor. The staff is knowledgeable and very pleasant. I know if I have any silly questions, the guys have the answers.
There is one thing that really sets this place out from the rest: loyalty coupons. I receive a monthly coupon via email. It’s something small, but I love that they send it! I feel appreciated. I always use it to buy coils and/​or a new tank. The coupon brings me back every time!

I had been an on and off smoker since I was in highschool, but my girlfriend hates the smell, and honestly it’s kind of a trash habbit anyways. A co-​worker reccomended I buy a vape. I was hesitant because I had tried the old 711 E-​Cigs and they were pretty crappy, but she let me try hers and I was really impressed. At the same time, Vapes are more expensive than cigarrettes and I wasn’t ready to throw down ten times the cost of a pack for a vape.
A few months later I was looking at my personal budget and was shocked to realize that I had spent twice as much money in cigarrettes than I would have on a vape. So the next day I decided it was time to give up smoking for good and man I’m glad I did.
For starters, this is a really nice store. The finish out is impressive and there are way more options than I would have ever suspected. You can try every flavor for free, and there are tons of different flavors. The sales associate, Christian, was very helpful and friendly and knew the ins and outs of every vape, in the store. He showed me how to change flavors, assemble the device, change the coils and charge the battery.
Best part, I have not spent a dime on cigarettes in a month, and I’m still on the same bottle of vape juice I bough there. It’s exponentially less expensive than smoking, way healthier, and doesn’t smell bad. I puff on it at work alot and customers think I’m burning a candle. REALLY nice to be able to smoke indoors.
As for the vape itself…
It’s highly adjustable. You can adjust the level of air going in, and also the battery power level. Also you can change flavors, and each flavor has multiple nicotine intensity options. Typically my battery will last a week before I need to put it on the charger. Every once in a while I have to change out a heating coil, but it’s literally just unscrewing a part and screwing in a new one. Really easy stuff.
I spent roughly $ 880 on cigarrettes last year. looking forward I’ll probably spend about $ 80 next year on vape juice. So it’s actually 10 times less expensive than cigarettes!

This is one of my favorite vape stores in the Dallas metroplex. They are the nicest people you are ever going to meet and excel in customer service. They are all very informative and extremely patient. You do not get a sense of being rushed when trying to pick out either an e cig or juice as you well get in many other stores.
They also have a wide selection of tanks, batteries, accessories and juices. I have noticed that their prices are a little cheaper than many places. They offer in store juices, which are delicious, as well as some really great premium brands.
I also recommend this place if you are having trouble with your e cig. They are very knowledgeable and have taken my e-​cigs apart, cleaned them, fixed them, etc. Not many other places (and I’ve tried out many) seem to care as much as they guys do. They are all great people and I’m lucky to have this shop so close to home!

First off, EVERYONE that is in the service industry of ANY sort, should bring their team here and get a lesson on Customer Service. I wish I remembered the name of the gentleman that helped me, but let me tell you something people, this place KNOWS what customer service is and how it should be used.
I have had a vapor for a couple of years and didn’t use it because I just wasn’t getting what I felt I needed. I went to Flavor Vapor based on the reviews and truly couldn’t believe the service I got. I was in the store for over an hour while we went through every vapor and every single option that they had available to figure out what was the best for me. Not one time, did I feel at unease or silly or stupid because I just couldn’t figure out what the best tool was for me. The patience of the gentleman that helped me was incredible and he gave me his 100% attention until I left a happy customer. I will return and if I ever get the chance to bring my team into this store, I will bring them all and have them shop because guys, this is what customer service SHOULD be.

This is my new favorite vapor shop, hands down! Anthony and the staff really know what they’re talking about and make you feel comfortable the whole time. I was never pushed to buy anything I wasn’t intending to, and everything was really affordable!
I spent probably an hour just trying different flavors to see what I really liked, and they were all good! Definitely going to recommend this to my friends.
