Garfield Traub has more than $ 2 billion of public/​private developments recently completed, under construction or awarded and in the pre-​construction planning phase. Every development for which Garfield Traub has had responsibility from concept to completion has been completed on or ahead of schedule and within or substantially under budget.

Business Owner

The owners of Garfield Traub are Ray and Greg Garfield and Tony Traub.

Ray Garfield has more than 35 years of experience in the development, finance and asset management of all property types. Mr. Garfield’s primary focus is leading financial and legal teams in structuring financing, securing capital, and solving political, legal and finacial impediments to essential developments. Tony Traub has more than 35 years of real estate development leadership experience, performing tasks from deal structuring and capitalization to design, construction, facility operations and asset management. In addition, Mr. Traub is an attorney and certified public accountant. Greg Garfield’s experience includes participation in the development of 22 properties and the negotiation and structuring of more than $ 500 million in debt and equity for creative public/​private developments for Garfield Traub’s clients.
