Guajardo & Marks started when two longtime friends and successful injury attorneys, Michael Guajardo and Greg Marks formed their own firm. Since 2011, they have represented victims and families from Dallas, Fort Worth and nationwide.

Michael Guajardo is a longtime Dallas attorney and the current President of the Texas Trial Lawyers Association. He has represented injury victims and their loved ones for almost 20 years. During this time, he has fought to not only secure compensation on his clients’ behalf, but also to enact changes that will ultimately result in saved lives.

He has successfully represented victims of car accidents, wrongful death, truck wrecks, vehicle defects a number of other personal injuries. He is a proud husband and father and has received a number of honors and awards including Texas SuperLawyer and membership in the Multi-​Million Dollar Advocates Forum.
