great selection for so many hobbies even the styrene plastic sheets/​products to build from scratch. From anything RC to models to even airsoft it seems they have it all and the experieced staff to assist.

The guys here went the extra mile to help me out. I had a broken prong on an expensive plug that is not replaceable. When I told them I wanted to solder it back together but I was worried about messing up they offered to do it for me. Not only did they fix it (for free), they also explained to me how to do it. I was turned away by multiple repair stores before I came to them. I am indebted to them!!!

These guys know their stuff. I buy quite a bit of radio controlled parts, batteries, etc here and they rarely don’t have what I need. The RC expert Alex is one of their best employees. He knows pretty much everything and is super friendly. The other guys are great too and always answer my questions. My wife went in to buy me my surprise Christmas present (a Traxxas Summit) and was treated very well, which I appreciate, since she doesn’t know a ton about the hobby. My kids love this place too, so much to see, do and buy. I recommend them with confidence. Thanks!

I went into this wonderful establishment to buy a entry level hobby helicopter. They did an excellent job with me explaining the differences between the various types of heli. I end up walking out with a nice heli that did everything I wanted. By the time I got home and ran the heli through 2 batteries I came to the conclusion that my buy was not flying in the forward direction.
I called them up and explained my issue. They said to come in. Ok cool not a big issue since I live relatively close. I get back to the store and they immediately find an issue and fix it. However there is still no forward/​back movement. The employee helping me procedes to open every heli they had in stock that was the same model as mine. Each one is failing. This employee is determined to get me a working remote and heli combination. Eventually he opens the last one they have in stock. Score it works.
These guys go above and beyond to get me out the door with a fully functional product no matter what it took. I will always use this company because of this. A few jokes and well wishing later and I am on my way home a satisfied customer.
