I utilized the services of Home Helpers of Dallas for the months of August 2014 thru May 2015, and I was extremely pleased in all respects. I’ve been helping to care for an elderly friend of mine, who suffered a stroke, and didn’t think he would be able to come home from assisted living. I know how important it is for people to maintain their personal residence as long as possible, so I needed professional assistance. First, the Home Helpers staff takes the time to sit down with you, and the individual, in advance, to discuss the needs of the elder they will be caring for. Next, they take into consideration the personality of the elder individual, and complex needs of that particular individual. Several issues surrounding the care of this particular individual were very challenging. The staff members they sent were extremely helpful, knowledgeable, ready and willing to help, and had great attitudes. Whenever there was an issue (which was infrequent), when I called their office, they were extremely prompt in finding a solution to whatever the problem was. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing reliable, trustworthy assistance in their home, or the home of a parent, relative or friend in need.
