My review for this place is mainly for the«Banh Pâté So» which are vietnamese french pastries with a meat filling. Flavors carried are chicken, pork, beef, and curry beef flavors. I normally get the pork and beef and both are really good and make great appetizers. The breading is very flaky like a croissant and taste best when they’re fresh out of the oven. If you buy some to last you for the week, they still taste good when you pop it in the microwave or oven. Pricing is about $ 1 something each and big enough to keep you full for about 2hrs. Also, their Vietnamese sandwiches, Rice cakes, and Eggrolls aren’t too bad for appetizer snacks either.

Very disappointing. Went there for Bento accessories. Absolutely NOTHING. We’ve been to small Asian markets and they even have Bento items. The store also had an overwhelming odor of ROTTENFISH. Walked out without buying anything.

A bit overpriced, but unimpressive. The bakery is a part of market — the result is a food court type of mall atmosphere. The lady is friendly and really helpful. The goods however were disappointing. Bought a dry pork floss bun and baked bun w/char siu pork. The pork floss is a shredded cooked pork that’s done to an almost dehydrated state. Typically chineese bakeries will bake it in the sweet bread and there’s a nice bite of salty and sweet. But the bread from HK bakery was stale and very tough! How sad! Char siu bread… man…so not worth the money! super dry interior and not enough bread on the outside… no. Cupcakes are available here. HK Bakery also has steamed buns for 75 cents a piece. I guess im used to SF bakery prices and quality of level. Its very safe to just get french bread here, 4/$ 1.00!!! Avoid the rest though… it’s really uneventful
