I had a great experience with this company. I tried them out on my own home to see how they did there practice. Then gave them jobs todo at all my rent houses I was truly impressed. Five star service I recommended to all my friends and family. I was so impressed I had to take some time to write a review for this wonderful company to spread the word

We have used this company a few times now and have been satisfied. The scheduling was easy and the work was done with an attention to detail. Fair priced too.

We had Hughes Window Cleaning do our windows on the 29^th of February because we had company coming in and wanted the house to really look nice. The windows hadn’t been cleaned all winter, so there was an incredible difference initially and I wish I could stop the review there.
Unfortunately, on the morning of March 1^st, the sun shown through the windows and revealed a massive streaking issue on one whole side of the house. By the end of the my too-​long call with them, they did offer to send someone out to fix it.
The person that arrived made it clear that he only had a moment, and was doing me a favor by coming out at all. He brought a rag, and made a few swipes at every spot my finger pointed to, despite my running commentary that the issue was across the entire window on several windows. He rubbed five spots, each about the size of my hand, over two of the seven windows I wanted fixed.
It was obvious he wasn’t interested in redoing them, and I have worked with enough pouting, emotionally stunted individuals to recognize when it’s easier to perform a task myself.
I sent him on his way and repaired the streaking myself and am just grateful that whatever was on the squeegee or rag they used on those windows, wasn’t on the windows upstairs.
Would not recommend contacting them. Ever.

BEWARE!!! This is the worst experience I’ve had in years. I scheduled this company to clean my windows & then go to my friend’s house and provide a quote for me so she could determine how much work she could have done so ultimately providing my business and a referral, we’re both NEW customers based in West Plano.
They came to my home upon leaving I noticed they didn’t clean my coach lights, I stopped them and asked them to do these and they said it wasn’t on their work order. I showed them the quote and said that I wanted them done and I will pay to have them cleaned so please clean them and they declined to do so. I had to have them come back again at which time the Forman pointed out that my top windows were never cleaned (even though my quote requested them to be clean and I verbally requested them to be cleaned when they arrived). They had apologized and cleaned them for me.
This is where it gets good. My friend arrives back in town to find an invoice on her door from Hughes Window Cleaning for over $ 200.00. The office manager of Hughes called me back and was completely rude, she didn’t apologize for the incident that occurred at my house, just demanded that I pay her $ 35.00 more dollars for the extra windows immediately.
When we discussed the work that was done at my friends house without authorization, she lied and claimed that she spoke to my friend and that she confirmed services and went a step further to say that she told them she would meet them there to let them clean the inside windows as well. My friend has been living in a different city for the past six months and was my moving back so not only did she not speak with her, there would be no way she could let them in her home. The story was completely fabricated.
One would hope that you would build your company with integrity, strong ethics and doing the right thing. I’ve not experienced anything like this in years and there was no reasoning with them with common sense practical conversation. I paid the invoice because it was not about the money, but this review is meant to warn people like from allowing a company like this to enter your home service you as they are not worthy of your business until they understand how to run a business with integrity or at the very least hire the caliber of people to represent their brand accordingly
