I had a tricky little problem with my new phone so I brought it in unannounced near the end of the day, and was helped immediately. Nice guy brought out a few tools and got to work, and 15 minutes later, I was good to go. I asked him what I owed, and he refused to take my money since it was such a quick job. Total life-​saver! In & Out won my business and I’ll recommend them to anybody I hear who need some repairs.

I came in with out an appointment and they were able to fix my cracked phone screen in a timely manner while also sticking within the estimated time frame they gave me. They were super helpful and friendly. They also have a good warranty with all of their screen repairs.

After I posted my initial Unilocal review, the owner contacted me and offered a refund. It was a nice, much-​appreciated gesture — hence the uptick in stars. I wish the repair had lasted beyond one drop, and it would’ve been helpful to have received this level professionalism and customer service in the first instance. Still, he stood by his work and offered a refund when the repair fell short of expectations, which is commendable.
