J’s Tire Shop

I’m not sure why no one has written a review on this place until now– but this place will be receiving my business again.
They advertise as a Tire Shop– but they had no issue with changing out our brake pads.
They say, ‘First Impressions are everything’…
And from the appearance & location of this place– I’m not going to lie– I wanted to turn away and look elsewhere. (Because I’m just use to taking vehicle issues to the dealership’s auto mechanics– and they always have it pretty to look at within). Lol. (I’m such a girl!)
But my Husband insisted on giving this place a try. So I did– to please him.
Well– I’m glad I listened to my Husband… For the ‘First Impression’ is found within the customer service.
They were extremely nice; provided a welcoming atmosphere; true professionalism; excellent customer service; speedy turnaround; reasonable prices; Etc.
One thing that stood out to me was the fact that– it was a Family business…
As the woman handled business in the office; and the man fixed our vehicle— the son (who appeared to be in his mid-​teens) helped out his father.
I absolutely love to see young people doing positive things with their lives– instead of running the streets– getting into trouble…
My Husband tipped the young man $ 5 for helping out his father.
