An honest realtor! I rented from them for over a year. When things broke, they tended to it quickly and didn’t try to argue about stuff. The air conditioning system messed up 3 times, and every time there was a guy there within a day and I was never asked any questions. When I moved out, they kept most of my security deposit, as most realtors will try to do, but when I laid out my case they refunded almost all of it. I would definitely recommend renting from them, can’t speak to their capability on the other side (s) of the realty game.
