Kevin’s Automatic Gate and Welding

Kevin preformed the work on my gate after it was damaged by my roommate backing into it. The entire post had to be replaced. We worked through the insurance company with him and my roommate hired him because he was «a nice guy.» He was very unprofessional and I had to demand a written warranty on the work preformed. Eight months later when the gate began to lean and drag on my driveway I gave Kevin a call to uphold his warranty. The only way to reach him is via his cell phone. I left many messages and sent text messages telling him there was a problem and that he needed to come meet with me and look at it. He never returned my call and refused to honor his warranty and stand behind his work. Go use a more professional firm that backs up their work. I had to hire someone else to come fix the gate costing me additional money. I would not use him under any circumstance. His bid came in lower than others. Save the additional money you will spend down the road to fix his work and go with the higher and more reputable contractor.
