Unlike the above person I had horrible experience with this company. I had sent out a pair of rare automotive parts to get black chromed. After making payment, they became unresponsive. I had sent someone locally to drop by the shop and was told that they closed shop, apparently they were evicted. This alone should say something about the company. It wasn’t until I dug around and found contact to his brother, Joe, contacted the BBB and my bank, Ben finally realized that I was not joking around. When he finally responded back, he offered to reimburse me for the COMPLETED service and ship back the parts at his cost. Finally a sign of hope, so you thought! About 3 months later I got the parts back, one of them was no where close to black chrome, it was completely blacked out and they other one, which was originally suppose to be rechromed (I was charged for it), was only tinted a non matching burgundy. So I got one black piece and one burgundy piece.
I then reached out Ben again, demanding an explanation and asking for the refund that I was promised. No response for about a week, phone was disconnected and he wasn’t responding back via email. I contacted BBB again moments later he finally emailed me back but didn’t answer my request for an explanation, only stated that it will take up to two weeks for the refund. He offered a business check, which I got. Then after much pushing, he finally answered my question of why they were two different colors and why were there so many dust particles and drips on the parts, he said he’s not sure but he was pretty sure they were the correct color and matching and that he even had a second set of eyes double check it and confirmed that they were indeed black chrome.
