They disrespect faithful tenants. We have been here for a year and a half and haven’t missed or been late a single time. Then one check we send them didn’t come out of our account (that had more than enough to cover the check) for a week while we called them constantly asking why it hadn’t come out yet. They reassured us it just wasn’t reflected on the account yet and it would go through and we wouldn’t receive fees. Now the manager is calling us liars saying her employee didn’t say any of that. They are going to charge us for 5 days of late fees and refuse to work with us. I can’t believe they would treat ideal tenants this way. All they have to do is waive the fees for one mistake that wasn’t our fault, but there’s no working with these people. We will be either cancelling our lease or leaving as soon as possible. Read the rest of the reviews on this complex. DO NOT MOVE HERE. These people have no honor.

My husband, daughter, and I have lived here almost a year and it has not been good to say the least. Both our vehicles were towed. We got them back and didn’t have to pay because they never should have been towed to begin with. My wallet was stolen, and just last week our car was keyed. We have an idea who did it. The man that lives under us says we are loud at all times of day. Thats not possible because we are all gone by 7AM and don’t get home until 5 or after. Our window leaks when it rains amd there is an electrical socket under them. It was looked at but nothing was ever done. The girls is front DO NOT know what they are doing. There is a new property manager (thank goodness) and she is actually trying to clean this place up but she still has a ways to go considering the previous manager did absolutely nothing.

When I moved in my FIRST month, I asked the staff (Victoria) where visitors park because I had family coming into town.
«You can park anywhere along the fence as long as it isn’t covered parking,» replied the staff member.
I asked, «Are you sure, because my mother will lose it if her car is towed? Anywhere on the fence uncovered?»
Staff member: «Yes that is correct.»
Not even a couple weeks after, Longhorn Towing company towed my mothers car. They had proof that it was along the fence in an uncovered parking spot because they showed us the picture at the tow garage.
$ 200 on a Sunday to recover the car. Be aware of this racket between La Valencia and Longhorn Towing.

I’ve been living here for about a year now. Overall, we haven’t had many issues until recently. The gates don’t work properly about 20% of the time, which allows anyone to get in. The pool still isn’t ready and it is already June. The inside of the apartments are nice, but some do have a few things that need to be improved. We have had a break in and it was a very negative experience. We had to wait a while for someone from the office to stop by and help with the repairing process. The cops have said that various questionable people live in this area and they’ve had several disturbances in this complex. The price of the apt is affordable though. I don’t know if I would recommend the place.
