Bought initially 1 skin tightening offer through a Groupon. After the first treatment the technician talked me into purchasing 2 more. I went back a month later and the second treatment was unbearably painful. She didn’t use enough gel and kept going over certain areas to the point that it left a scab and deep indentation between my eyebrows which she said when she was doing it she thought it would do that but, I shouldn’t worry. I got home I was in tears. A month later the scab was still there I went back and she said it just needs healing time. A month later back again she said the same thing. It now has been 7 months I still have the indentation and a scar. I have gone for a consult to 2 Specialists and they have suggested cosmetic surgery. I spoke to Kira when I called back the first time dealing with her. She had their MD look at me and said she would speak to their Plastic Surgeon about me seeing him. They do not want to pay the cost of any cosmetic invasive treatment. They will reimburse my money and give me some microdermabrasions but, that’s it. I feel I have been scarred for life doing a Groupon going to an unknown place. People be careful where you go check things out first. This could happen to you.

I too purchased a Groupon, for IPL on my face and neck, for the Plano location. I was told when I arrived that I was a great candidate for the treatment, nothing more. However, I experienced a lot of damage and discoloration. When I pointed this out on my next visit, I was told I knew the risks because I signed their release form. But in fact, I had never seen nor signed the form, they never checked to see if I had signed it, and so I was not informed at all. The technician was nice, and seemed to be willing to fix the problem if the 3 paid treatments didn’t resolve it. While the damage got better, it’s still visible, so I called back as directed. But this time I got the manager, Kira, without a doubt the rudest, angriest individual I’ve ever had the displeasure to tangle with. She didn’t care about my problem, practically yelled at me it was my own fault for not reading their website in advance, and said to make a(paid) appointment or hang up. Just, wow. Oh, and she practically snarled when she asked if I came to them through Groupon(so don’t sign up if you don’t like people with Groupons!) And yes, it was often hard to get ahold of anyone on the phone and I was kept waiting for a long time on one visit. All in all one of my worst customer service experiences with a service provider in a very long time, not to mention the bad results. Stay far, far, away from here.

I have been to the one in Plano and this place is not worth your time. I have brought groupons for vela shape treatment which you are suppose to get 15 min for each leg but they cheat you of your time. Also the owner is rude and all she cares for is your money. Has no customer services! The only reason I keep coming here was for Nina one of the tech she was good but she no longer there. Don’t waste your money or time here.

I purchased a Groupon from them in January and have only gone to one treatment. They were unable to answer their calls, because there was only one person working at this location. I had to wait for an hour in the waiting room, because she was so behind. I got my refund from Groupon today and will never go or recommend anyone else coming here.

I just bought a Groupon for laser hair removal last week, and already it’s been a pain in the ass making an appointment. I have called several times and no one picks up, therefore I STILL don’t have my first appointment scheduled. Not a good way to start off a relationship with a new customer.
