Thanh is incredible! First visit today for a full set of lashes. She is a master just like all the other reviewers wrote here. Scheduled my next appointment before I left.

Tanya is an angel sent from above to give women everywhere perfect lashes and brows! I bought a Groupon for her lashes almost two years ago and I haven’t stopped seeing her since, even after she moved to a location further than me!
When she told me she was going to start doing semi-​permanent eyebrows, I was intrigued. My eyebrows aren’t thin, but they are definitely unruly with some bald spots so I decided to give it a try. Holy crap, I had NO idea that a few strokes could make such a difference to my face! There’s just something about clean eyebrows that truly makes you look put together! The process was quick and painless and the healing wasn’t terrible at all (just remember to moisturize often for the first couple of weeks). She listened and consulted with me before making any decisions during the entire procedure and she was so sweet the whole time!
I feel so much more confident going out knowing I’ll always have great eyebrows and beautiful lashes even if I wake up late and have to rush out of bed! If you’re thinking of getting your eyebrows done at all, you MUST see Tanya if you want them to be on fleek! ;)

Tiffany did my lashes before my wedding and I kept it going for several visits. Loved. Her. She is incredibly good, gentle and thorough. I told her I didn’t want to look too «showgirl» and she gave me a gorgeous set of full but natural looking lashes. I never had any trouble booking with her but my weekday schedule is flexible. If you do have a hard time scheduling, cut her a little slack-she’s also a student and really really smart. Seriously, ask her what she does besides lashes and be ready to get your dictionary out. The next special occasion that calls for a lush set of lashes, I’ll be giving her a call.

Can’t even get an appointment for my fills. I’ve tried 3 times but they either don’t respond or don’t have availability when I needed it most. I asked to schedule my next appointments in advance but they don’t answer. I’m not sure if they really take their business seriously. Seems like they only want to do lashes whenever they want on their own time. Oh well. They were good lashes but what’s the point if you can’t get fills?

It says «Ooh La Lash» on the front door but anyway, I originally went to Thanh and she was able to fix the clumpy gluey mess a different salon made on my lashes & I didn’t even lose lashes it seems, so that immediately showed me what caliber the quality is here. I kept going back. Thanh asked me if I wanted to try Tiffany (her daughter) & I agreed. I’m glad I did! It seems like this whole family is quite talented at this. I feel confident that if I had to use the other girl there (Tanya?) she’d likely be great too since all her clients seem to love her as well. They use the NovaLash technique which is my favorite (you don’t even feel the lashes!)
Parking /​Time tip: try arriving at least 5 – 10 minutes early so that you can find parking, it’s pretty busy there & you may need the few extra minutes. Sometimes the techs may run over a few minutes but its usually minimal & they are basically making sure the clients look good before finishing (which they will do for you too!) it’s always worth it!
Appointments: Tiffany is great at communication so any appt. setting is probably a non-​issue by now. I do recommend setting up your next appt. before you leave anyway, it saves time and hassle for both parties.
I refer everyone I know to them & they always love them. I’ve never heard a complaint. My sister & I are regulars and will continue to be! I’ve tried several places and this is easily one of the best lash salons in Dallas, it’s #1 for me.

Thanh and her daughters are amazing! I don’t know why people are having such bad luck with making appointments, every time I come in town I have had no issues getting ahold of Thanh for an appointment.
I’ve gotten my lashes done multiple times at the Hillcrest location and now today for the first time had then done at Thanh’s house. I’m sure a lot of people are hesitant to get this service done in someone’s home, but she has everything set up professionally. Just like at the shop.
She even has a privacy screen blocking the table from the rest of the house, I felt very comfortable and relaxed. In fact, it’s even better because there’s no trouble parking!
As always, I will continue to highly recommend Thanh and her daughters. They never disappoint!

I love Tahns work! She’s always done such a great job on my lashes! I didn’t give 5 stars bc she is hard to get a hold of via text but so far I’ve always gotten a response from her even tho it’ll take some time.

This is terrible customer service, i did nit get my lashes done here because nobody would answer the phone, i was excited to use there services based on past reviews but i agree with the more current reviews they do not answer the phone nor respond to voice or text messages.

The one star isn’t for the eyelashes, it’s for the attempts (oh so so so many) to try and get an appointment. At first, Thahn seems great. Then she doesn’t text you back. Or she texts you a confirmed time… yet forgets to write it down so you show up and the place is closed. Then you call (over and over) and get no response for a few hours until plenty of «I’m sorry» comes your way.
It’s honestly like she likes a first or second time customer, but is awful at setting up times to try and get appointments. Then you get stuck with having to do a full set all over again instead of a fill. It’s really annoying and it doesn’t make any sense.
Also, when I first went to her, I recommended her to two friends — embarrassing mistake. She didn’t bother to text either of them back to set appointments … So don’t recommend her to friends you like.
Seriously, what’s the point of getting good eyelashes if you can’t ever get them!!!

I honestly think she is a true gem. Had so many issues with these eyelashes falling. And I found her and I am blessed. Just moved from New York and could not believe what a poor job they do here but Ooh la lash the owner is a genius, wonderful lady. She takes time with you and I recently could not get on her schedule but she was super fair. She is a true business lady with hands of gold. I really love her and what amazing job she does on my lashes. I sincerely recommend this salon over all places in Dallas. Save yourself from waisting money on Groupon.
She really takes care of her clients, takes time with you, she is a true perfectionist. You won’t leave that bed unless your lashes aren’t perfect.

I went and had beautiful extensions done there and loved them, I was able to also get a fill the very 1^st time I needed one and I had read all the reviews and how difficult it was to get a fill, so with that being said I was pleasantly surprised and excited.
Well… It’s now been well over 2 months and I still can’t get a fill, I’ve tried week after week to get in but she doesn’t work weekends and unless you have day time availability, getting in after work doesn’t work either.
I’m disappointed. She did such a great job and yet she can’t make time to continue to keep her clientele.
Frustrated!

First time getting lash extensions I must say I was very hesitant on where to go. After reading all the good reviews about this place I decided to give it a try, and I’m so glad I did. Thanh took her time, walked me through my best options and continued to make sure I was comfortable the whole time. I will definitely be back!

A few months ago, Tiffany at Ooh-​La-​Lash began applying my lashes. She is fantastic! She takes her time and is extremely thorough. I always receive wonderful compliments on my lashes. Also, she is always giving me helpful tips on how to protect and conserve my natural lashes. I absolutely recommend Tiffany.

I called Tahn after reading all the positive reviews on Unilocal,and made an appointment for the same day. Boy am I glad I did! I love my new lashes! She was very sweet and thorough. She explained which thickness and length would work best for me before she began. Her prices are better than what everyone else charges as well. I will be back for sure!

I have never had lash extensions before but wanted to give them a try as I am getting married this summer and love the idea of not having to wear makeup on my honeymoon. I decided to do a test run this weekend so looked up reviews and this place was a definite stand-​out. I made my appt with Thanh and showed up makeup free Saturday morning. After a very brief wait she walked me to the back and set to work. Overall the process was very easy on my end. I did have a little discomfort with the gel pad they place on your lower eye lashes (keeps the glue from causing the upper/​lower lashes to stick together) but it was by no means painful and after a while I was able to ignore it. The whole process took a little over an hour and a half but Thanh was very friendly and played good music throughout the process. Once she placed the final eyelash I held a small fan near my face for a couple minutes and she brushed out everything to make sure nothing stuck together. The gel pad was removed and voila — instant dark, long lashes! Getting ready for work this morning was a breeze — I washed my face, put on my face lotion and was done. Great for summer!

Thanh was amazing! I’ve never had eyelash extensions before and had been a little hesitant to get them. I got refered to Ooh-​la-​lash by friends and was extremely impressed. Thanh does a great job and is super professional… and has very reasonable prices. The lashes look great and so natural, but not over the top. I would recommend her to anyone! I LOVE my new lashes!!!

Like others have said, she seriously is the best in town! I have been to five different lash studios from different groupons I have purchased but Thanh is by far the best. Her precision is excellent and she takes her time to make them perfect. They are never clumpy and never look too fake. She does an excellent job making them look long and thick, yet still natural! I’ve learrned that it is definitely worth paying the full price, rather than purchasing a groupon and going to someone who will give you subpar results! Trust me, other places have given me crazy, spider-​leg looking lashes, which is no bueno!

Thanh does a fabulous job! I’ve never had lashes done but I came here on a friend’s suggestion since her’s look so good. Two hours I had the most gorgeous looking lashes ever and I’ve heard horror stories of friends who have had bad experiences. I think I’ll keep these lashes going as long as possible because like the others, I don’t have to do any eye makeup or curling at all! And I love that! Amazing. I get compliments EVERYDAY. If you’ve been wanting to get them done, go to thanh, best experience ever.

I used to see Thanh religiously when she worked at Lash Studio in Uptown. Although they were overpriced, that’s where she worked so that’s where I went. Thanh is amazing… she will beautify you whilst napping. She not only makes you feel relaxed, but she is a pro at her technique.
The lashes really make your eyes pop and in return you don’t ever need to curl (as they break and fall out of your lid) or use mascara again!
You literally wake up looking gorgeous — and for this, I love her!
Trust me and go see Thanh — you will not regret it!!!
