Word of advice… Just go to Bliss in the W Hotel if you want a nice relaxing facial. This experience was anything but a few days ago. Hot fiery masks(not joking!) and spent the majority of the hour removing my makeup. Didn’t know it could take that long to remove foundation and eye shadow.

I started going to Lifetime Fitness Spa for haircuts. Stephen has been cutting my hair for over 8 years. This place is so good! I live in Fort Worth, but I still drive to Dallas to see Stephen. Keep up the good work!

I love this place! I’ve been coming for almost a year and feel great every time I leave. The spa has a friendly and welcoming staff who are happy to help with scheduling and whatever else you may need while you’re here. I also dig the café where they have really awesome smoothies(emerald energy is the bomb!), healthy snacks and a decent latte. Stephen does my hair, and I couldn’t be happier! I have difficult hair — long and curly — and when I first started seeing him it was a mess from previous stylists. It’s now softer and in better shape than it’s ever been. I drive from McKinney to Dallas just to come to him. My best friend has been going to him for years and recommended him to me, and now he’s the only one I will let touch my hair. Highly recommended!

Just had my best haircut in dallas and I’ve lived here for 4 years! I wasn’t expecting to be so pleased but Laurence is off the charts talented! It’s a fine line to achieve a cut that looks good straight and in hot rollers and he did it! Meticulous cut, he is really talented. And it’s extremely reasonable at $ 40!

Thumbs up for the gym, café and spa services! Here’s why: Gym: there’s lots of space, you will always find a machine you want, the layout of machine vs weights makes sense and has a good flow. A variety of classes are offered to fit all schedules. My fav is DANCETON! If you try it once you’ll know what I’m talking about. Café: good smoothies, many supplement options, there is always a table to sit at, they even have a couch to chill before/after your workout. I do wonder if they have wifi!!! I’m sure someone at the front desk could tell you. Spa services: I’ve only tried the hair services. The specials are awesome. If you have lifetime bucks you can use them towards spa services which includes hair and color. They scheduled me in at night after work which is pretty late and I got a cut AND color. They were so accommodating and made me feel so comfortable, always asking me if I wanted something to eat/drink. They even offered to get me something from the café. I’m a fan of this gym!

It’s a very clean spa and the prices are average. I like how it’s not to busy so you get a lot of attention regardless of how many services you get. The massage area has a relaxation room that leads into the private massage rooms. The massage I had was wonderful! I needed some soreness worked out of me and she did the trick. She also was very attentive to the areas I said needed more attention. The best part was that she actually listened when I said«Not deep tissue». All other places have gone ahead and dug their elbows into my back regardless of my requests. All in all, I think I got more than i paid for with exceptional customer service.

I received a gift certificate to the spa for a massage and thoroughly enjoyed my experience. Upon arriving I was taken back to the locker room where I was given a locker for my items and changed into a robe and slippers. I then waited in a nice, serene sitting area until my masseur, Rene, arrived and took me to my room. The tables were very comfortable and the music was relaxing. I requested a deep tissue massage and felt the pressure was just right. I would definitely return.

Nice place… not too badly priced for a membership… the classes are great… but the room is small. Ladies locker room… is beyond fantastic and super clean with great amenities. Parking is a pain however. But never hurts that Mark Cuban was running on the treadmill… I felt rich for a few moments hahaha…

High end gym and equipment. friendly employees. Very nice amenities. I was a member for two years. I was very sad to take my business elsewhere, but I came to terms that this is just another gym that makes it’s money from contract processing fees, time sensitive«deals», and contracts. When I joined, I was under the«Under 27 Deal». Brendia who signed me up told me that as long as I signed up before I turned 27, I would be locked in to that rate. Well the day after I turned 27 I looked at my bank statement and saw that my gym fee was now $ 50 more a month. I called and was told that it is not a locked in deal, and even though I mentioned that I was told that in the beginning, they said there was nothing they could do. I decided to cancel, and they are now making me pay for another month because I cancelled a couple of days after my billing date. Of course. I find it disappointing that they sacrificed a long time customer who could have given them thousands more over the course of my membership because they refused to right their wrong.

I don’t have gym membership, but my friend did, so entrance was granted to me using his buddy pass. Too bad it’s only a buddy pass. I won’t get free access to the gym for another 2 months or so. My first impression of this gym is WOW! It’s 2 stories of what every gym should have — makes me want to sign-up for membership. Tempting, but my apartment complex has a gym inclusive to rent and I’m in no position to spend money on something I already have. The gym is sectioned off for different types of work-outs. There’s a big room specifically for cardio, one for weight lifting(and believe it or not, the weight lifting section is also sectioned off for different types of weight lifting with it labeled on the ceiling), a stretch/warm-up, and there’s also a basketball court. I am for sure there are more to the gym than what I’m listing here, but there’s so many I can see in my 2 ½ hour visit. The bathrooms are amazing, and that’s an understatement. Talk about walls of clean towels, sinks that have their own soap, lotion, hairbrush, hairdryer, mouthwash… phew. That’s a mouthful! Not only that, but the bathrooms are constantly cleaned and maintained. It’s perfect. It’s a bathroom my ideal gym should have. Oh, and did you know when I was using the«yes/no» machine, the most sexual machine in the gym, or the better term, the thigh adduction machine, I spotted Mark Cuban working out his abs just right in front of me. I was a little thrown off guard, but I gotta remind myself that I’m at an expensive gym smack in the middle of the one of the most popular areas in Dallas. My friend that granted me his buddy pass says he’s a regular, so don’t be surprised to see Mark Cuban when you’re here!

I didn’t get a treatment but I would go back here for one. I bought products. They were well stocked an had a good selection of products. The staff was very friendly and I appreciated their help– definitely not too overbearing. I was pleasantly surprised since it’s located in a gym. They seemed like they really knew their clients well and clients were waving and saying hi as they walked by. I didn’t give it 5 stars because it seemed noisy and smelled a little like the gym. Lifetime could have done a better job of isolating the gym from the spa area like the Cooper Clinic does.

Channon does an amazing deep conditioning treatment. I was shocked at how soft and shinny my hair was! She is a color specialist and we all know how important getting the right hair color is. If you want an amazing pedicure, Tawanna is the best in Dallas. I thought I was in heaven! She tells all her clients that feet are her passion and it shows in her work.

This a great spa for Lifetime Première Place members. They greet you with cucumber water which is great. There’s great view. They have those old fashion hair dryer things that go over womens heads and I imagine they have beehives underneath. I like that they have recently added the $ 20 men’s cut. I’d call that a good deal plus very convenient. Hairdresser Leslie is a hoot and will talk your ear off. She cuts a pretty good doo too. The massage area has a private waiting area with a nice seating & a fire place. I’ll get a soak and steam in the locker room first then head up for a massage. They do a good job asking what you need and focusing on that area. Clarissa has hands of steel and must grind her elbows into sharp points.

I just followed my incredible hairdresser, Mike Evans, to this newly refurbished spa in the Lifetime Fitness center at Mockingbird Station. This place is NICE with very reasonable prices. Mike gave me an incredible hair cut, as always, and Jessica did a fabulous job on my eyebrows. I got the grand tour and they have a very nice nail salon and massage set up as well. Plus, use the spa and you can use the gym and childcare for free! Try this place out, you won’t be disappointed.
