Line by Line offers transcription nationwide with an extensive knowledge base in multiple medical disciplines. Our services are entirely U.S. based. For consistency, each physician is specifically assigned his or her own transcriptionist. All transcribed reports are processed through a quality control channel to ensure accurate document delivery with customer service and rapid turnaround being our main focus. All clients are charged by the line, thus the derivation of the company’s name.

Eager to create a medical transcription company that catered to the individual needs of each physician and their staff while keeping the transcription U.S. based, Line by Line got its start in 2000. More than half of the original transcription staff on board at the inception is still with Line by Line. Line by Line is operated by trained and experienced professionals. Services are offered nationwide with a vast array of experience in multiple medical disciplines. Specialized attention is paid to each physician. Customer service and rapid turnaround are our main focus.

Meet the Business Owner

Business Owner

Kelly began her medical transcription career in 1993. She transcribed for multiple physicians and specialties until 2000 when Line by Line was started. She assumed a management role in 2004 and took ownership of Line by Line in 2006. She is a graduate of Southern Methodist University. She is married with three children. A four-​year All-​American swimmer, she still enjoys swimming and running, biking, hiking and spending time with her family.
