Pros: friendly dentist, prompt reminders on your appointments, the receptionist is great! Cons: parking can be a pain. Kept feeling nagged by the hygienist to have elective oral surgery($$)…like every time.

I moved away from Dallas a couple years ago, but I really miss Dr. Trieu. She is so caring and sweet. Also, you can tell that she is super smart and a great dentist. I also know that she was very honest and unlike other dentists I have been to, she didn’t do unnecessary fillings. I’ve had many dentists over the years and she is by FAR the best!

I can promise you that these guys are quacks. As a medical doctor who reads x-rays with 2 brothers one in general dentistry and the other orthodontics, these guys don’t have a clue what is going on. I went for a semi-annual cleaning. Though I have never had a cavity, I was told that I needed seven fillings and a crown(1500 – 2000 bucks of work). I have never had a cavity in my entire life. I didn’t see anything on the x-rays though I am a radiologist and not greatly trained in reading tooth radiographs. I did show both brothers who disagreed 100% with everything said. I then became a patient of Dr. Henegar in Irving, TX who also disagreed with the diagnosis. My wife had a similar experience only for her they recommended more crowns and fillings with a root canal. As a medical professional, I can promise you that these are two very dishonest people and they should be ashamed of taking advantage of their patrons. I highly advise seeking dental care elsewhere.

Dr Trieu is the best dentist ever! Shes so nice, caring, and careful! She makes a trip to the dentist enjoyable. She helps you relax and stay calm. She doesn’t do unnecessary work. I highly recommend her! I didn’t find that they were pricey but I’ve never gone to Walmart dentists. I’ve always picked ones that had their own office. They don’t have all the frills of places like Floss but they are clean, accurate, and take excellent care of you. Would u rather pay for a big screen tv in your dentists office or quality dental care?

I’ll confess up front that I knew Dr. Trieu before she was Dr. But nevertheless, my experience here has been nothing but great. The staff is friendly and diligent. I never get the sense that they’re fabricating cavities just to get my money. There aren’t any stupid spa-like frills, so I know what I’m paying for(since I didn’t have dental insurance for 4 years) is simply the high quality service. I once even googled Dr. Trieu and found that she was outstanding dental student at Baylor or something or other. But be forewarned, they’re pricey. Just know that you’re actually paying for good dental service you actually need. Also note it’s embarrassing to have to admit you haven’t flossed as much as you should to someone you know.
