If I could give them a 10 I would lol :) I thought the place was gonna be really out in the ghetto where you hear gun shoots etc etc. people were super friendly I waited like 45 min, it felt like nothing and got my windshield replaced for 125. can’t get better than that, it was well worth my drive. It’s been two weeks and I love my cheap windshield, great quality, if I have any issues I will take starts away but for now I’m one happy costumer.

I can honestly say that Unilocal really saved me on this one. I desperately needed to get my windshield replaced due to some huge rock creating a crack so big it couldn’t be repaired. I was pretty lazy when looking up the best deal because there are so many places out there! Where do you even begin? Thanks to some helpful Unilocalers, I called this place up and they told me about $ 130ish on the phone. I proceeded to call maybe 3 – 4 other places with good reviews, all of which quoted at least $ 200. I had to call this place again because I had to confirm whether the price they gave me was without tax/​labor because how can it be so cheap? They said that price was all inclusive and that they would order it for me to get replaced tomorrow.
The shop isn’t in the best part of town, but they’re so quick here that you wouldn’t even have to worry. They fixed it up in less than an hour, and they did an amazing job! I highly, highly recommend this place to anyone who needs to get their car windows replaced. You truly will get the best value!

These guys were great and professional. They were busy on a Wednesday afternoon and they still got me in and out for a windshield replacement within an hour. Raymond quoted me $ 120 by phone and that’s what I paid. No hidden costs. I called all over Dallas and others wanted $ 300-​$ 400. Umm… I DON’T THINK SO!!! Good work guys!

You can expect a low cost! Provided you are aware that you will get a low cost piece of glass and they will not vacuum or clean the inside of your vehicle — don’t forget your towel! Yes, the rumors are true. Getting there feels like taking a quest that requires you to «go past the abandoned warehouse; three blocks down and make a left at the dilapidated grocery store; if you see a gentleman with no trousers and a purple bag on his head you’ve gone too far.» But, once you arrive the area is relatively fine and isolated from most of that. There is a waiting room that reminds you of maybe an independent film you once watched that had these grungy locations. But, it just adds to the experience — plus they have AC and a TV. Don’t touch the TV, though; that message is clearly posted, twice. Calling ahead is only so you can check to see if they have your glass in stock. Make sure you ask if they have enough or if you need to make an appointment. Otherwise, I think appointments at this place are pretty useless because the service is relatively fast on a regular day. On a busy day I’m sure the wait time goes up and might even hit a couple of hours. I was out in about 45 minutes. Paid $ 125 flat. Again, sounds great, but I don’t think the glass has any kind of UV protection (not sure if OEM does, either) but for sure there is an undulation on the passenger side that is sometimes noticeable when looking in its direction. It does not affect driving, however. So, I’m not complaining.

Dont let the address of this place fool you. Quality auto glass for a good price and FAST. 30 minutes for quality work and a brand new windshield! Unilocal got us to them and we are happy customers!

Cracked my windshield trying to kill a mosquito earlier this month. Called Safelite, to high, checked out Unilocal.These guys did a good job, price was half of what Safelite stated. It took about 45mins. Thanks Joe!

Here getting my 09 traverse back window replaced. Dude said be here at 2 and the wait is 45 minutes and it’s just about done. Great service and great price. Literally less than ¹⁄₃ of the other guys, if the other guys could even get it. Seriously, great business place. The area is underdeveloped but hey, Dallas has chosen to ignore this area so this is what we have.

Fast. Fast. Fast. I brought my truck in at around 1:30 on a Saturday, was told it would take a couple of hours, and was out of there in an hour and a half. The waiting room is janky and has no A/​C, but at least they were showing some soccer. Best value and service in town. No comparison. The owner is super friendly too.
Only complaint I have is that they got some black sealant on my VIN badge. Luckily I have car insurance and my title for reference.

I was really bummed when I found out I had a $ 500 deductible on my glass so I went in search of a low cost windshield repair. Of course I turned to Unilocal to find my answer and saw several good reviews for Low Price Auto Glass so I decided to go for it.
They quoted me $ 149 on the phone yesterday and told me to come down today and they would take care of it. I got there and an hour and exactly $ 149 later, I was on my way with a brand new windshield. This was one of the least painful car experiences I have ever had. Thanks guys for making this so easy.
One word of advice for those of you that do not know the area, the shop is up off the street towards the back so you have to be looking for it.

Very inexpensive, but doesn’t sacrifice quality. Huge debris on the highway flew into my windshield a couple weeks before I was to sell my car (thanks semi that decided to drive on the shoulder!) Knew it would affect the resell value, but did not have a lot of time to deal with getting quotes from lots of different shops. Called Faith Auto Glass based on Unilocal reviews, and was quotes $ 120, installation and labor included, just over a third as much as the company that partners with lots of insurance companies.
They told me to call the day before I wanted to come in to make sure they would have it in stock and said I did not need an appointment. I showed up late on a Saturday morning and he asked if I had an appointment. Well, nope, because someone told me yesterday I don’t need one BUT I DIGRESS. So it took about an hour and a half. They switched over my toll tag and registration/​inspection stickers and it looked great! No seal or alignment issues. Like I said, it was sold a couple weeks later, but I still had the car through an ice storm and snow storm and it survived just fine.
My only minor problem would be with the waiting area. The restroom and vending machine had out of service signs on them. So there was no water available. The waiting section is tiny, about 8 chairs side-​by-​side, with TVs playing soccer. No seating available outside to escape the people that insisted on yelling on their phones much to the angry looks directed their way from everyone else. Maybe if there were a bench and water cooler available, it’d be a little better. Bring headphones!

This is great place to have your windshield replaced. They are $ 100-​$ 200 less than the major windshield installers. Don’t let the location fool you, it’s very safe and they are really fast. And they did a great job. Richard was the person that I worked with.

I called several high rated Unilocal auto glass places, and these guys were the cheapest by over $ 50 (second place was Deep Ellum Auto Glass).
The crew here was fast and efficient, all the way from the initial quote to finishing the job.
Also, it brought me to a part of town a couple of miles east and south of Fair Park that I would be pleased never to return to, although it reminded me how parts of Dallas might have looked 100 years ago.
HIghly recommended if you want a top notch windshield for the best price in town.

These guys are awesome. In and out in one hour and half the price of everyone else. The guys were friendly and I had no hesitation leaving my care with them and running some errands while they worked. They called to let me know my car was ready and even stayed after closing time for me to come and pick it up!
Bonus: there is a salvage yard next door where you can find some things to spruce up your ride. Bring your own tools!

Great experience getting my windshield replaced here. Bargain price of $ 130 including labor — other shops quoted me $ 300+ for a new windshield. It was replaced in under an hour. It’s a very low-​rent shop and in a seedy area, but worth it to get a cheap windshield repair.

EDIT — Another great experience w/​Low Price Auto Glass on ⁵⁄₂₃. I called on a Thursday to have a new driver’s side window installed. They had my specific make/​model window available the next morning. Installed in about 45 minutes. Only $ 106. Other shops quoted my over $ 300.

What does a really bad week look like? Well I’m sure my last week was in the running for worst week ever. On top of having stomach flu and a crashed computer, my car got broken into. Some geniuses thought it was a brilliant idea to literally cut out the passenger window of my car to get to my $ 15 phone charger and pile of pennies in the cup-​holder. Lovely. In any case, with rain in the forecast the next day and a limited budget, I needed a quick fix or cheap. That’s when the guys from Low Price Auto Glass came to the rescue.
Not the most glamorous of shops, that’s for sure. And sure it’s in a sketchy area, but the guys here are honest and will get the job done professionally and quickly. Not to mention, it’s the best value around. The owner was straight to the point, honored the price he had quoted me over the phone and was stocked with pretty much every type of glass for every thinkable make and model around. Like the informed consumer that I am, I contacted several different glass repairers in the area but no one gave me the price that Low Price Auto Glass did. Initially I was skeptical, but after checking out the reviews I felt confident that I had been advised well (Thanks, Unilocalers!). Within an hour, these guys had replaced my broken passenger window, vacuumed all the glass debris from inside and sent me on my merry way. When the unexpected happens, you might want to have these guys on speed dial. No frills, but also thankfully no hassle.
