Can I give this place negative stars?
Please, avoid this florist at all costs, I was COMPLETELY ripped off. I was proposing to my now fiancé, and called Lucielle’s because frankly, it was one of the first florists to come up on Google, and I was new to the Dallas area. I spoke with who seemed like a nice elderly lady, gave her a price range of about $ 250 thinking that would buy me quite an impressive spread of flowers. I wasn’t real particular about what I wanted other than nice looking flowers, so the lady assured me she would put something really nice together for me. I had it delivered to my apartment, and when I got home, sitting on my counter was a vase with 12 red roses, a small amount of greenery, and a red ribbon tied around the vase. This would have been an ok arrangement for around $ 50, but I was charged $ 260!!! I called the florists repeatedly to complain and demand a refund, and that same old lady told me that $ 260 was the going rate at that time and, «What’s the matter did she say no?» I cannot believe her audacity, and she lost out on a pretty large flower budget for our wedding.
