Lusky & Associates, P.C. was started by Herman Lusky in the early 1980s. The firm was established as a boutique bankruptcy law firm which was tailored to provide clients with direct contact with their attorneys. The firm has remained true to it’s roots, and remains committed to providing personal service and hand crafting cases to meet each client’s needs.

Herman A. Lusky has over 35 years experience in the insolvency/​bankruptcy field and is Board Certified as a Specialist in both Consumer Bankruptcy Law and Business Bankruptcy Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. He has been named one of the best lawyers in Dallas by D Magazine from 2011 – 13 in the area of Bankruptcy and is the only small firm bankruptcy lawyer to make the list.
