We moved in 3 ½ years ago not knowing management would go down hill or the rates would jump so high. Most places want to keep their tenets and slowly increase rates but not here.
Water…that jumped after 3 years from about $ 45-​$ 55 to now $ 70-​$ 85 a month. Given different reasons why it went up. Maintenance is pretty good but not fast responses from office.
Between the noise and sometimes smell of paraphernalia it’s not a good choice.
High rent = no upgrades.
Carpet is old too, we moved in and it wasn’t new. Asked for it to be replaced because my vacuum was picking up the pieces and was told I’d have to move my furniture out! The carpet is 5 ½ years + old!!!
Also the gates never work so it’s not really a gated community.
Don’t move here!

This place is not a great place to live. I moved in Jan and I have had a constant battle with the AC and heating. It has broken on us 5 times and we have not lived here for even a year. There AC units are so old and crappy and they will not be replacing them I’m sure. I will NOT be re signing my lease. My electric bill is $ 305 because their crappy AC units have to work so hard and they keep breaking.

I have to say I’ve been more and more impressed by the service here. They are always so helpful. Today I realized in the middle of the day that I completely spaced on paying the rent this month. (it’s late today) I called and talked to the office manager and she was so kind to not count us late this time. Saved me some money!
