I had a couch and chair recovered. They did excellent work, provided great customer service(from Jeff to the delivery guys) and really reasonable pricing. And they even finished earlier than expected. Great job; definitely recommend Markham!

Jeff does an amazing job with customer service. He is quick to respond, provides clear information, and goes above an beyond to make tight deadlines a success. Much appreciated!

Did a great job! Upholstery is not cheap but they are the most affordable place I found. They even changed the shape of the couch as I requested to be more of a mid entry look. It’s beautiful! The delivery guys were excellent and friendly. They worked for 2 hours to get the couch through my door! I would recommend them!

We just had two 20-year-old armchairs reupholstered by Markham and they did a great job. We were able to use our own fabric, and they worked up a cost estimate from a photograph, which was very convenient. The work was turned around in a very reasonable time. Their pickup/dropoff guys were great. Definitely recommended.

Quick response to my email for a quote. It was reasonable. So I got my old $ 40 sleeper sofa reupholstered & it looks like new. They did a fantastic job & now i’m getting my recliner done too. The delivery guys were courteous & professional also. Would definitely recommend.

I posted a review in late December, 2010 and now I’m happy to replace it with a more complete one. Markham has just completed a re-upholstery job for me and I’m very satisfied with it. Initially, I had been disappointed in a lack of response to an email request for a cost estimate(submitted to them through their website). Eventually, though, Jeff Cross responded and apologized for the delay. The cost estimate he soon gave me seemed very reasonable compared to another I had gotten from a different company, so I decided to set aside the initial communication delay and proceed. The job took about a week longer than was estimated by Jeff, but I had anticipated that and was not bothered by it. Additionally, when I went to pick up the chair, Jeff and I identified two problems that needed attention and he offered to fix them, which meant an additional week on the job. His attentiveness and conscientiousness more than made up for the delay in his initial contact.
