Meet the Business Owner
Jim L.
Business Owner
Jim Lannom is Vice President and Director of Operations of Mattito’s Tex-Mex a privately held owner and operator of Tex-Mex restaurants. Mattito’s currently operates 4 Tex-Mex restaurants in the Dallas, Texas metropolitan area.
Jim joined Mattito’s in 1998 and is now a partner in the business. He is responsible for management direction, hiring, training, day to day operations, menu development and vendor relations.
Jim began his career in the restaurant industry in 1976 as a 14 year old bus boy with the El Chico corporation and is now a 35 year veteran, having been continuously employed in the food service industry ever since. He has served in numerous management positions for Lincoln Property Restaurant group in three states.
Jim is a native of Dallas and resides in Allen, Texas with his wife Juli and his son, Reed. Jim is an avid cyclist and a collector of motorbikes; he also enjoys fitness training, sports and travel.
