Terrible. 11pm, waited in line for 20 minutes, didn’t even order. Nobody in window #1, nobody in window #2. Everybody behind me leaves. I leave after another 5 – 6 minutes. Poor sucker in front of me was still in line, probably 10 minutes himself, before I leave. Went to the Burger King down the street, in and out in 5 minutes. Didn’t blow me away, but they kick the crap out of this location. If your time is worth anything to you, this McDonald’s is too expensive.

Heavens, please help yourself and by all means do NOT visit this location! It really is worth the drive and wait to go to another restaurant or McD’s location. It’s almost a joke, the service is very very slow. This is because during normal hours it is incredibly busy and packed with customers. Customers are embarrassingly rude to the employees, too. Corporate office desperately needs to raise the wages to get more employees here, and every employee here seriously needs a raise, they work under a lot of stress and abuse by customers.

I typically post only when I have something good to say, however this is the exception. It’s so cute from the outside and my kids were quite excited to go play. They played quite a while, as the order was wrong twice. I was initially happy to see someone mopping the floor in the play place until I walked in it and realized that they were pushing around sticky, oily water, not really conducive to kids running around in socks. When we did get our orders, it was cold and just plain bad. We will not be coming back here, I’m sorry to say.

I don’t expect top rate service from a fast food chain but when you can’t get the order right or when your order is called its not completely ready, there is an issue. Plus the food tasted as if it was soaked in grease and the employees looked lost. Won’t be back

Horrible service here! There’s three registers and only one working taking orders. People looking for a clean table since they were all dirty including myself. Plenty of employees in the back, to upkeep the dining area. Too worried about keeping the drive thru line going instead of customers dining inside. This is the second time I come here and it’s been the same both times. My kids get excited to eat inside a happy meal, but the location and walks of life that come through here are not the best.

I like going here because you can get an ice cream cone for dirt cheap and the drive through service is alway really fast. Every once in a while my hamburger will come with ketchup and onions, which I hate, but slip ups at fast food joints are to be expected.

I wasn’t sure whether to give it 1 star or 5 stars, because much like the movie«The Room,» it’s so bad that it’s good. Going to McDonalds at all is usually a last resort, so it’s not like my expectations were high. I just wanted food. I drive up and it says«please order at the window.» I guess their system is broken. I order a burger with ketchup and mayo only. -«Ketchup and mustard only?» -«No, ketchup and mayo» -«Oh mayo and lettuce only» -«No, ketchup and mayo only» -«So no mayo?» This went on for a good three minutes as he tried to wrap his brain around the situation. Remember, I’m ordering at the window, this is a face to face conversation. He starts giggling out of control and I suddenly realize that he’s high as a kite. As I pull away he says«Hey man!» I stop the car. -«That’s a badass tattoo» -«Ok thank you» I get to the second window, there’s a guy hanging out of it. «You have to go to the next window, you get your food there» he says. What was his job? To tell people to go to the next window? This wasn’t a «we need two people to take orders» thing, there was no one else there, just me. I get to the third window, get my food, and much like his coworker, the guy screams«Hey!» I stop the car. «Fucking sweet tattoo.» I drive away. I look at the food and the burger had everything but ketchup and mayo. A few months later the strip on my debit card went out. I remembered that McDonalds lets you pay with your phone(via NFC) so I reluctantly returned. This time I went inside. Once again, the ketchup/mayo thing was a big problem. -«Only…» -“Ketchup and mayo” -«Ketchup and…» -«Mayo» -“Mayo… no lettuce?” -«No» -“What about pickles?” -«No» -“No pickles?” -«No» And so on. I had ordered the meal, I got my order and there are no fries or drink. I talk to a manager who’s just standing there. -«Hey, I ordered a meal but didn’t get fries or a drink» -«Oh, well you only paid for the burger, so I can ring you up for a medium fries and drink» -«Wouldn’t that end up costing more? Buying all the items separately rather than just buying the meal?» He starts ringing up a full-price fries and drink. I laughed and walked out. I’m not a «give me free stuff» kinda guy, but a manager asking a customer to literally pay for their employees mistake is hilariously unprofessional. C’mon, at least charge me just the difference between the meal and the non-meal instead of asking me to pay the difference+cough up an extra dollar. So yeah, this is by far the worst fast food restaurant I’ve ever been to. Judging from the reviews, it sounds like it used to be a decent location before a year and a half ago, but this is not the case at all anymore. It’s actually impressive that the employees here are this bad at their jobs.

When we walked into this McDonald’s, an elderly man was waiting on his food. The old man asked for a fork the employee kept on asking«why I do you need a fork? You ordered a sandwich… why do you need a fork?» The old man said he wanted a fork for his french fries. then the young employee made fun of him as he walked out of the restaurant to the other employees… «Why does he need a fork for french fries?» So unprofessional! And rude! I took my kids to the playground and it was so nasty… sticky and dirty. Never again.

I walked in and immediately noticed the floors were dirty. Not new dirt, mind you, but old dirt. There was a guy sleeping in one of the large booths. SLEEPING — not dozing. That went on for the 30 minutes it took me to eat my parfait and write this review. The seats in the other booths are torn. I found a seat, sat back, and something sticky stained my shirt. This is my first time here. Probably the last. Thanks for allowing me to vent.

We’ve eaten here(inside the restaurant) a few times in the last few years. I agree that it is neat that the restaurant is shaped like a Happy Meal. However, I’m not sure if ownership has changed over the years or *what* is going on, but this particular McDonalds has deteriorated over the years. The inside fixtures(booths and tables) are black and once looked sleek. I remember a couple of years ago, it was a pleasure to eat inside this restaurant, as it was very nice looking inside. But last night, I could see that several booth seats were ripped with no attempt to repair them. The tables were dirty and had not been wiped off from previous guests. Our particular table had damage to the top(the black gloss had been chipped away and a screw or nail was visible). Cosmetic issues were not the only problem. It took over 17 minutes to get our food. 17 minutes for a McDonalds is completely unacceptable! At this point, it is no longer«fast food.» My husband stood near the counter for all of this time and was, understandably, getting upset as the minutes ticked by. He asked the cashier a couple of times if they were still making our food and he was assured that they were. We ordered a filet-of-fish meal and a quarter pounder meal. Additionally, the cashiers did not offer any receipts. I typically throw my receipt away, but those receipts provide proof of purchase and, usually, an order number. We had no way of verifying to anyone what we had ordered or how long we had waited for our food. This is ridiculous. Another customer got very irate and yelled at the staff behind the counter saying,” All I ordered was 3 cookies… What is the problem? Where are the cookies?” While I don’t condone yelling at anyone, it was obvious that everyone who was eating there that night was on edge and frustrated with how long it was taking to receive their food. I should note that there were no busses or large groups eating in the restaurant last night. Just groups of two or small families. They weren’t «slammed» as far as I could tell. We won’t be eating inside this restaurant again. The drive-thru customers seemed to get their orders quickly, so we will go through the drive-thru next time we feel like stopping at this McDonalds.

Just the building itself should deserve a 5 star rating. I love how playful and animated and bright it looks — definitely catches your eye when you’re driving around the area. It’s hard NOT to stop and get yourself a treat — like the double dipped ice cream cone, YUM! Or some fries, apple pie, mcflurry… or heck get em all!

GREAT service. Sure the outside is really cute and the inside is fancy. More than all of that, I count on the drive through service. They have three windows. What’s unique about 2 of the windows is they are both there to take your order in person. There is no ordering through a mic! Right now, there is a RIDICULOUS amount of construction surrounding this place. There is more than enough to make anyone in a hurry think twice about stopping. I had to write this review because the other morning I had the time debate and told myself that if I waited more than 6 minutes, I would leave without food. I told myself, usually they are really fast. When I pull up and there is a long line, I start counting. By my count, the line moves every 30 seconds during the morning rush(give or take 10). On this week day, I arrived at 6:29am. I placed my order, paid my money, received my food, and pulled away from that giant happy meal at 6:30am!!! There is a sign that says please have your money ready. They mean it. They intend to move that line!

I really liked this location! It’s a little fancier than other McDonalds and the playplace was really nice! I really liked that the building was shaped like a huge Happy Meal. Whenever we pass by it on the freeway, my kids are excited to point out the Happy Meal. As far as food is concerned, it’s standard, delicious, fattening Mcdonalds food. Service is even a tad better than others.

Yo hablo espano? You’ll need to at this location! It’s McDonald’s, the food is the same as any other McDonald’s. We went as a group to taste the Big Mac as part of our«Best Burger in North Dallas” — everyone got to pick a burger and we’re tasting them all… every group has to have a jack-hole that does something like, pick a McDonald’s, so we are humoring him. I also had to try the McRib– first time EVER. It was horrid. Who, WHO requests this mystery meat return? Nasty, just NASTY!

Yeah, I’m reviewing a McDonalds. No, I’m not giving it one star because of the food. I’m giving it one star because this location has the worst service out of any McD’s I’ve ever been to, and I won’t ever go back. Yeah, this McD’s is cool looking. Who cares. Maybe when they made that cool looking building they should have put a drive-thru speaker in at the menu board rather than having you order at the window. I wouldn’t care about that if it werent’ for the fact that on occasion the lazy employees dont open any windows but the final«pick-up» one and wait until then to take your order. As a result service times lag at a company that has built its reputation on consistency and speedy service. The last straw for me was last night after waiting about 10 minutes to get to that last window to make an order only to be told their credit card machine was down. Why couldn’t they just tell you that at the first window and spare you the wait? Or, you know, put in a damn drive thru speaker since its 2011.

One of the best McDonalds I’ve ever visited. First off, the Travel Channel lists it as one of the 10 most unique McDonald’s out of 30,000 Worldwide.(I found this out from a google search…) This McDonald’s has Austrian crystal chandeliers, Ralph Lauren wallpaper, granite floors, mahogany booths and incandescent lighting. Definitely very fancy! Service was friendly and fast too! Plus on Fridays they give free samples. We had free samples of the pineapple mango smoothie. Yum! Also, this McDonalds has free wifi! Love love love this place! They also had a promotion here where if you buy a meal, you get a happy meal free!

Don’t judge. I love this location! It is shaped like a huge happy meal box. I am amused by things like this and take a lot of gleeful pleasure. The inside is actually really nice too. Lots of cherry wood, unique lighting, and little displays in the walls that house floral arrangements. Fake of course, but trying to keep it classy. I can’t fit in the playground anymore, but it looks kinda intense. It goes up pretty high with all its tubes and such, and there always seems to be some rambunctious wee ones enjoying themselves in there. The neighborhood has seen better days, but it’s pretty close to the galleria. Lots of suits during the day, but at night, tad different.
