A great experience going to MedSpring. They make your visit quick but also give you the information you need to know so you can start feeling better immediately. I was in the office for 30 minutes and it seemed like an even shorter visit because they have beverages, snacks, wifi, and cable tv! When you’re feeling crummy it is nice to go to an urgent care that is comfortable but also very efficient. I hope I don’t get sick again anytime soon, but if I do I will go back to MedSpring.

What a horrible place. Came in feeling incredibly sick and the doctor was nothing but annoyed that I was there. She asked if I was stressed out at work? What the hell. My job is fine thanks, like I said I’m here because I’m sick? What a totally worthless visit. Staff was so rude. I will never ever come back here. You people are the reason others don’t like going to Doctor. You’ve got better luck getting a diagnosis from web md

Trying to figure out if I had allergies or something worse. My normal doctor was slammed, so I started looking for walk-​in clinics. Med Spring came highly recommended, so I called and they had me set for an appointment in 1 hour. Showed up, minimal intake paperwork, and that shuttled me back to a room with a tv (nice perk). Staff quickly took vitals and Doc gave me a thorough review. Overall very easy to schedule and quick in and out. I felt like they really wanted to learn about what was going on and make sure they diagnosed the right thing and setup the right treatment plan (been to others that quickly diagnosed and issued z-​pack script). Cost was actually let than my normal doctor. Don’t hesitate to go.

I’ve been to two different MedSprings, quick in and out. Complementary beverages, clean and spacious location, and if you want TV and wifi in the room while you wait.

I was very impressed with Medspring. I was immediately brought back into a «suite» which had its own tv. All of the staff members were friendly and efficient. In the lobby they had complimentary coffee and tea. Very clean and quiet. I am so grateful for their help!

Medspring is really clean, really fast, and really good! They have really good leadership that pays close attention to the surveys their patients fill out. Dr. Lowry and receptionist Tiffany at the Upper Greenville location won’t let you down. Tiffany is kind and efficient and the doctor is knowledgeable and friendly. This place provides skilled doctors and excellent customer service. Thanks ya’ll!

wow the only place I could find that was open Sunday after 6pm. And I am so glad I did. The location is convenient but the staff was so caring, down to earth and gentle. I was very impressed with their facilities too. Wifi and tea and coffee. I was put in 25 mins. Much better than Care Now at the same rate. Thank you all for setting a new standard for urgent quality care.

I am so impressed with this facility! I wasn’t feeling well on a Tuesday morning and couldn’t get in to see my doctor. These folks got me in so quickly and were super nice. My prescription was at my pharmacy by the time I got there! I am so thankful for the good care I received.
