Manager

Kristi Malcom has been in the real estate and property management business for over 24 years with experience in commercial property management, residential property management, mortgage origination, and sales. Kristi has been a licensed agent since 2005 and obtained the coveted Brokers license in 2011. She has been employed with West Georgia Properties since September 2010 and has been managing the company since May 2011. As of January 1, 2015, Kristi purchased the West Georgia Properties business under the name of her company, New Hope Realty, Inc. You can expect to see that name more over the coming year as the two companies merge.
