We have qualified and accredited AVA business appraiser and CMEA equipment appraiser. Our services meet the NAVCA’s, NEBBI’s, US Government’s USPAP and the AICPA’s SSVS No.1 standards.

North Texas Business Appraisers also provides equipment brokerage services.

History

Established in 2008.

North Texas Appraisers initially started as a service offering under Foster Commercial Inc. which specializes in business brokerage and M&A services. Foster Commercial Inc, established in 1991, completed a partnership buy out in 2008 and changed its name to First Commercial Inc in 2009. North Texas Appraisers, LLC was formed in 2008 to establish its identity as a businesses and equipment appraisal practice. The company also offers equipment brokerage services.
