For almost 10 years, I worked with some of the best international brands, developing advertising campaigns and being a firm believer in building a brand through consumer experience. During these years I spearheaded many projects that helped humanize these brands by shifting their vision from selling wares to selling a philosophy.

With this experience in branding and customer service, I sought to create a company with a strong emphasis on selling a philosophy in an industry in dire need of one while providing medical cosmetic services such as medical weight loss and laser hair removal to people who have never been able to afford them.

A friend suggested I try Novopelle after I had said I was trying to decide on laser hair removal. I’m so glad that I finally decided to do it! I loved how clean the space is! Catharine, my technician, was very friendly from the get go. She talked to me the whole and it definitely helped calm my nerves. At one point she asked how I was doing and I didn’t even realize she started! It was a very quick and painless appointment, I don’t know why it took me so long to do it! I would definitely suggest Novopelle to anyone and definitely try to get Catharine!

Novopelle is a girls dream come true! I purchased the Novopass for laser hair removal and after just one session I saw results, but after 6 months my skin is flawless!!! No shaving, no waxing, no worries. I wish would have found them sooner. The price is incredibly reasonable, especially compared to other laser hair removal competitors. I can’t say enough about the staff they are extremely welcoming and kind. If you have been searching for laser hair removal Novopelle is the spot!

I have nothing but great things to say about this Novopelle location. After purchasing a basic facial through Groupon I scheduled my appointment with ease.
My navigation took me to somewhere on the opposite side of the tollway and I had to call them a few times to see exactly where I was supposed to be going and they were helpful and patient with me even when it was confirmed that I was going to be late.
After arriving about 10 minutes late, I was kindly greeted, offered a drink and didn’t feel rushed at all. After getting settled in the treatment room, I was engulfed in yummy smelling candles and a soundtrack that mimicked ocean waves. I was instantly relaxed!
My facial wasn’t basic at all! I truly felt like a great amount of time was spent on me and my skin felt absolutely amazing after we were finished. When checking out I scheduled my next appointment. I can’t wait!

I researched laser hair removal for many months. I finally decided to purchased a Groupon for full face at Novopelle because I know they offer the Yag which is extra important for darker skin tones.
I was not impressed with my initially consultation. Not enough to be scared and run though. The facilities are very nice and clean. I was lead back for a «consultation.» The Novopelle employee spent most of the consultation trying to up sell and continue business with me. I think your work should speak for itself… During the consultation, they were very friendly and reviewed some of my medical history but did not explain the procedure. I had to ask the questions.
I arrived 15 mins early for my first. appointment– I wasn’t treated until about 25 mins after my real appointment. As I walked in I was quickly greeted by an employee. She asked if she could help me and what my name was. The employee cut me short with each response. I wasn’t even able to get out my full name.
The actual procedure was quick and pain free. The laser technician was much nicer. She even explains the procedure and the after care. I am very happy the results after one treatment.
Five treatments later I’m addicted to laser hair removal. My dermatologists is even pleased. I will continue the laser hair removal process at Novopelle.

Gloria was awesome was was friendly and great at her job. .unfortunately I don’t think she works there anymore. Most everyone else seemed to have an attitude or could barely speak English.
For the most part my hair growth has stopped… just a few random ones.
I didn’t get a chance to go to my last appointment because they charged me $ 40 for an appointment they say I missed. I refuse to pay another $ 40 based on their scheduling mishap.
The facility is clean and nice but appointments are hard to come by!

Clean — easy — cheap … what more do you need. I was told about this through a colleague and have been going consistently for almost 6 months. I have recommended it to many people and everyone agrees it’s a hidden gem. Only con is that it’s not super convenient to where I live, but that’s my problem. I can always make a stop for a little shopping at Galleria Mall :)
Great deals each month and $ 25.00 discounts for referrals. I usually can get in and out in 15 minutes with an appointment — which is hard to say for a lot of places in Dallas. Oh and there’s a easy parking :)

Love everyone who works here. After spending a lot of money for lazer hair team oval that my boyfriend bought, it didn’t work. It thinned my hair out, but I still have to shave every day… so what’s the point? I loved the facial that Amy did and will be back for some more facials. Hopefully soon.

I’ve had a mixed experience at this business. My first session to get laser hair removal for my bikini and underarms went pretty good with the exception of not being told that the «bikini» area only includes the area around the top area and down in between the legs. I wasn’t even given the option to get a full bikini when I made the appointment. And the top area is where I needed the touch up the most. So that was a waste of an appointment and money. The good part was that the laser they use is much better than the place I went before this. It has a cryospray on it as well, so they don’t use the icey gel and they don’t put marker all over you. And it made for a quick appointment.
I then made an appointment for lower legs. My appointment was moved around several times for various reasons, which I remained patient with. Then finally was given an appointment date, which I had asked for the appointment details to be emailed to me. That never happened. I showed up at the day and time I was given and was told my appointment was the next day. And was told that if I would let them text me, this wouldn’t have happened. I have told them over and over that I don’t want them to text me and they still insist on texting me. They have my phone number and email to reach me. They don’t need to text me. So after all that, I was irritated and asked them to cancel my appointment and give me a refund (I had already paid for the hair removal on my legs) and was still within the cancellation period. I was told that I may or may not get a refund, but that I would need to take it up with corporate. I asked if I could have the phone number to corporate and was told «NO». So how do I take it up with corporate then? The corporate number isn’t listed anywhere online either. I still have no recourse on this matter, but I still hope to get a refund.

I’ve been going to the Novopelle in Addison for well over a year now and am pleased to say their service is consistently amazing. The staff is so nice and welcoming but most importantly knowledgeable. Also the treatments are basically pain free and my results have been incredible. The facility is super clean and relaxing. I’ve recommended this place to all my friends and will continue doing so.

I had my first appointment at novopelle last week and I am impressed by these girls. I expected to pay a lot more for all the body areas I am treating with laser. The technician who preformed my laser treatment was very professional and was extremely gentle. The facility was very clean and very relaxing.
I was so happy with the costumer service I signed up both my girl friends, Jennifer and Natasha, for a facial and laser hair removal as a Christmas gift. Keep up the good work Novopelle!

I thought this place when it first opened was a diamond in the rough. Great prices and good service. This was completely wrong! As they get more business their service went way down! The salon workers IF they speak English are rude and inconsiderate, they talk about you behind your back to your other friends who YOU recommended to the place!
This is not the worst part, I find myself gr owning hair in places I never had hair before, I find hair growth to be thicker as the process goes on! The areas that it does work on are very splotchy-​you still need to shave, etc.
I would have to say that if you want an authentic full on Spanish experience-​which makes you feel as if your procedure is being done in Mexico-​Check this place out. If not, do your research!
