The one star is for the polite employees I encountered while picking up my damaged goods. The file cabinet I needed was only available for store p/u from this location 40 minutes from home and about 10 Office Depots away. I had read the reviews about these being damaged while still being boxed up so before I made the drive, I asked the store manager, Steve, to check the product for damage. He claimed he did but when I arrived I found that all he did was open the top and look down into a long dark box. This is why he didn’t spot the MULTIPLEDENTS. I specifically asked him to unbox the item. Had Steve actually checked this properly and found the damage prior to my arrival, I’d have been perfectly happy to wait until a replacement could be sent. The wasted time, drive and lying are why I won’t be back and want to give this place negative stars.

Really lousy location. Thieir associate David was very nice, but his younger colleague was completely unfriendly and useless. Will not be going back to this store.

This is truly an excellent Office Depot. I come in several times a week, purchasing office supplies electronics as well as doing much of my copying work. Throughout my years of shopping here, I have never ever encounter any staff member that was unprofessional or unfriendly. Sometimes i feel like Shawnna in the Copy Center cares more about my copying than I do. I really appreciate that. The store is far from beautiful, but the fair prices and excellent staff make up for it The clearance rack is great too

Sad, dark and dreary Office Depot, clearly substandard from other locations. Place is nearly abandoned each time I go in, and employees linger in the shadows and talk to each other on their little headset thingies, avoiding eye contact with customers. Aisle signs occasionally don’t match what’s there. Inventory is limited compared to other locations. One gets the impression that this location won’t survive the Office Depot /Office Max merger, and will close. It won’t be a huge loss.

Shana in the copy department was extremely helpful in scanning different sized documents into one PDF. The FedEx across the street was going to charge an arm and a leg and the finished product was going to be the exact opposite of what I was looking for. Shana had three times the customers they had and was somehow able to help us all at the same time. Excellent customer service! Excellent multitasking!

Over-priced, like most specialty stores are, but the staff here is amazing! They are always more than willing to help and don’t just let you wander aimlessly, like some other office supply stores do. Office Depot’s next-day delivery service is great, too. We now buy most of our supplies elsewhere(and are saving quite a bit doing so), but I still come back to this store when I need something NOW or a hard-to-find item, as they will usually have it.

This is the closest one to where I live and the one location that I frequent the most, so I come here pretty often to get stuff laminated for work. The print guys are pretty quick with the work since I hand them the stuff when I first get there and after perusing their stuff I’ll pick up my order on the way out. Personally, I come here to buy my printer ink cartridges, my Mont Blanc ink refills, and several occasions of buying electronics when they are on sale. I once had to return something because the package did not include something, but the people working there were cool with changing it out for another thing.
