Matt Deems is the backbone of our Dallas Operations. He is the person who answers the phone when clients call in to inquire about our services and also takes the time to check out houses with all of our wildlife specialists. Matt has been with Omega Animal Removal from the very beginning and is passionate about helping people resolve their rat, squirrel, raccoon, opossum, bat, skunk, etc… issues. Matt is also passionate about energy efficiency and helping clients determine if their homes are properly insulated, or if there insulation needs to be replaced following a rat, or animal infestation. Anything you have questions about, or issues with, Matt is the man guy that can take care of anything you need from Omega Animal Removal.

Omega came out to rid my attic of squirrels. They were very professional and did great work. This work isn’t cheap but Omega’s price was well below the price of a competitor. Jonathan was great and did an excellent job working with some rotted wood. Jonathan always showed up and came back if necessary to complete the work. The eaves were sealed, traps were set for the squirrels to escape, and decontamination of the attic. Their lifetime guarantee is a nice plus.

This company is really wonderful to work with. Hired them a while back to help remove squirrels from my attic. They’re very knowledgeable, know how to get the animals out of your attic, then fix the entry point so they can’t come back. Hunter and Tyler are really good and you can trust them in your home. Very professional, on time and do a thorough job. I’ve called them several times to check out additional problems; they’re always patient and thorough. Highly recommend this company if you need help with unwelcome critters in your house!

I called Omega based on reviews here and on Angies List. I knew it wasn’t going to be cheap, but I wanted the best, and to deal with this problem only once. They clearly explained to me their unique process for dealing with rodent problems. Tyler was my tech, and couldn’t have been more friendly. When you’re dealing with someone who comes to your home multiple times, you definitely want someone you feel like you can trust, and Tyler was great. I was surprised when he told me that we had a fairly small problem compared to most he had seen… it sounded like the rats were having a rave in our attic every night. We ended up only trapping 5 animals (the rats were as large as squirrels, though!), and Tyler did careful, diligent work to block any point of entry they might have to come in again… including cleaning up a horrible mess I made on my roof with expanding foam. When he placed a screen in my attic vent turbine to prevent entry that way, the turbine started making a clicking sound when it would spin. Tyler replaced the turbine to prevent that from happening again.
Are they expensive? YES! Breathtakingly so. But do you want the best, and only have to deal with your problem once? Or do you want to have people crawling around in your attic setting traps and spraying poison every year? With Omega, I don’t really ever have to worry about it again. If the rats are so determined to chew through my walls again, Omega’s guarantee will cover it. Money well spent, in my opinion!

Had a great experience with Omega. Micah was my tech and he was outstanding. He was prompt and paid attention to details. I had gone through other companies and they could not seem to figure it out. If I ever have a wildlife issue again I will give them a call. Also, the lifetime guarantee is a big plus. Highly recommend them!

We recently had an issue with squirrels in our attic. After calling multiple companies and not getting a response, I stumbled on to Omega. They promptly returned my call, explained the process, and got started on the problem immediately. Micah Ray was outstanding to work with. From start to finish, we worked directly with him and he always provided the needed services. He was punctual, responsive, and professional. I could not be more pleased with the level of service Omega provided and would highly recommend them. While I was initially somewhat shocked at the price of the service, I now see that what you get for the money, including the lifetime warranty, is worth every penny. Unwanted animals in your home is not something where you want to go with the lowest bidder. If you are experiencing similar issues, call Omega, you won’t be disappointed.

I recently had Omega come out to try an help me and my wife with a pest issue in our attic. The tech showed up on time and was very respectful and knowledgable. After giving us a diagnosis and quote I agreed to allow them to set the traps in our attic and do the «exclusions» necessary to keep the pests out in the future. It wasn’t something that could be done same day so we set up a time for my tech and his manager to come back out and do that job as it was a bit tricky given our mediterranean style roof. Upon thorough inspection and analysis the manager found that they would not be able to do a thorough enough job and decided to do the honest thing and give me a full refund as well as a recommend that I contact a good roofer to seal everything up properly. I was blown away by this because I had already wrote them a check for a good amount of money. Most companies, that don’t have integrity, would have done a half ass’d job and leaned on that fact that they did not provide a 100% warranty since we opted to not do that entire treatment. They could have very easily done a patch up job and made off with our money but they didn’t. They even let us keep the traps they originally set in our attic at no cost. These guys are as honest as they come and I really respect and appreciate that. I work in real estate and will certainly be sending as much business as possible to these gentlemen going forward. Two thumbs up.

I had a great experience with Omega Animal removal. We didn’t have a huge problem, but the little mouse was running all over the house inside our walls.
We did our research on a number of pest removal places, but chose Omega because of their lifetime warranty. The best I got from anyone else was 5 years. My thought is that if they are willing to back it up, then they’re worth considering, even if they’re more expensive up front — in addition, it would probably help me if I decide to sell this house.
They came out on time, were dressed neatly, did their work in a quiet fashion, cleaned up after themselves, and the payment transaction was quick and easy. A few months later, I had a hailstorm (roof replacement), and am having them come out and do some touch up work. It was during this instance that I learned how well they treat existing customers. I wish my cable and wireless carriers picked up some business practices from Omega.
The last star would be if their pricing was closer to everyone else’s — that said, Omega proves the old adage that you get what you pay for. I’d recommend these guys in a heartbeat.

We recently had issues with rodent in our house attic so we begin looking for professional and affordable animal removal company. This is when we found Omega, and their service is best summarized as timely, knowledgeable, and professional. They came out and clearly explained our problem (rodents) and found several entry points which they were able to patch. They were also flexible and easy to work with on scheduling which made the appointments easy. All in all a great experience!

Buying a house, moving in, and learning that the seller did not get rid of the rat infestation in the attic has been one of the worst experiences of my life. I woke up one night to a rat sitting on the air conditioning vent, his tail dangling through the grates, shredding my insulation and throwing it down into my bed. It was a bad infestation, and remediation was long and costly, but Omega Animal Removal took care of the problem and sealed my home against future vermin incursions. If you hear critters in your attic, the best advice I can give you is to call Omega immediately.
