I actually first used On Time in February. I remembered to get on Unilocal to start this review because I was texting Isaiah to book for my next trip during spring break in March. I booked the day before I flew out. Oopsy. I completely forgot about booking a car. I’m finally finishing this review because Unilocal sent me a reminder today.
Trip 1 in February: my driver to DFW was really nice and, of course, right on time. He turned down the wrong street getting to my house but I saw him & texted Isaiah – and he immediately contacted the driver. Alawi (I really hope I’m spelling his name correctly) was courteous & friendly.
On my return, the driver, Amanuel, texted me when my flight landed to let me know where he was & met me outside of the correct exit. He got me home safely and was very personable.
Trip 2 in March: I contacted them last minute but Isaiah was able to schedule me – he actually drove me himself & it was really pleasant. He seems like a really nice man, great conversationalist.
It is somewhat expensive to use this service. It is about on par with taxi rates – but more reliable in my opinion. I paid $ 45 +tip between Carrollton and DFW. But it was worth it to get there on time & hassle free. (Adding $ 90 to my travel budget for departure & return is a little rough when you work for a public school.) Still, I highly recommend.

i am from out of town, visiting Dallas area on business, and I needed a ride to the airport. Instead of stressing, I went to Unilocal and found this service provider and I am so glad that I did. My entire experience was positive but more importantly, I felt safe.
If you are a female traveling solo, I cannot recommend this company more.

I normally don’t use taxi services in Dallas, but these guys were great! I made a last minute online reservation, I followed up with a phone call to confirm the pickup time and they confirmed the price that would be charged. The next AM they were right on time, charged what they had said, and got me right to the airport on time all with great conversation. I just booked another pick up with them today!

Isaiah is a wonderful, safe, and friendly driver. I had to call him in a work emergency and he was very reliable and came to get us exactly when he said he would. I will definitely be calling this company again. It is a family business and they are wonderful. I felt very safe and they are reasonably priced. We had to be picked up from Denton and taken to Dallas.

On Time Cab experience was the most reliable and most pleasant that we ever have had.

My wife booked a trip with miles, and so the weary traveler must head out to the airport at 4 a.m. for the first flight out. There is always some trip anxiety when you’re not driving and parking yourself, but On Time proved to be a true to their name.
An excellent ride. On time, smooth, and efficient. Priced competitively, making the first leg of our trip a good bargain.

We live about 8 miles from the airport. I saw the great reviews for this company here and went to their website. I made the reservation online the morning before our pickup. No confirmation message was sent from the reservation form so I called late in the evening to confirm the pickup, which they quickly confirmed. They arrived early (about 5:30 AM), were friendly, had a nice vehicle, and got us there on time.
I had some concerns that their price for a pre-​arranged pickup was about 45% higher than the price I paid from a regular cab at the airport, and they responded back to me in a courteous and friendly manner to resolve things to my satisfaction. Very professional and customer friendly establishment. It is worth paying a little extra to know your ride will be there to get you to your flight on time, so people will just need to decide how much that reliability is worth to them.

Called for a very last minute late pickup over the new year. I had serval quotes for an one way trip and this was the only one without additional add-​on fees for the toll, late pick up, etc.
As soon as we landed, I received a text from the driver coordinating pick up location and details. We were met right outside passenger pick up area a few minutes after getting our bags. The bags were quickly loaded by our friendly and courteous driver.
Having been on a somewhat long-​stressful fight with two young kids, this part of the trip was the least stressful part of the journey.

First experience with this company this morning traveling to Love Field from Plano. This group knows how to run a business on-​time and with the highest customer service standards. The entire process was absolutely flawless and I will never use another company whenever the need arises. Highly impressed!

Only great things to say about Isaiah. We had a 6:45 international flight from DFW and requested a 4:00 pick up. He even called the day before to confirm our schedule and if I needed any changes. He was right on time and even chatted with us. I requested for a pick up for our return flight which ended up being delayed for about 45min. Isaiah wasn’t the driver who picked us up but he texted me our driver’s name and contact info in advanced. The driver waited the entire time with no extra charges.
All charges were about the same price of of I were to park my car near the airport, but we were traveling for more than two weeks; I didn’t want to worry about the security of my car or of the headache of waiting for the shuttle bus after a 20hour flight. This was more convenient and affordable even if we lived more than 20miles away from DFW.
Will def use them again and will recommend to anyone!

Use this service!!! Very impressed with the shuttle. Asked for 0500 pickup at McKinney for shuttle to Dallas Love. Isaiah was ready for us before we were checked out of our hotel. Safe, clean service and the best deal $$ wise. Less expensive than EVERY shuttle I called. Cheaper than Über! Thanks for the great service!
