Business Owner

CEO Michael Winwood has a track record of strategic leadership, proven international experience and successful large scale M&A integration in the IT staffing industry. Most recently, Michael led Technisource from a mid-​sized IT staffing company to one of the largest technology staffing and solutions firms in the US. With a passion for innovation, client and consultant service excellence, Michael brings unique executive skills to Optomi.

COO Todd Black’s ability to deliver unprecedented results earned him senior executive roles within a multi-​billion dollar organization. He also served on multiple high-​level councils during his tenure while being responsible for an IT staffing division generating over $ 300 million dollars of revenue. With strengths in developing talent, building successful relationships and executing flawlessly, Todd Black demonstrates exceptional leadership skills.
